The environment is not attractive: a neighborhood of ugly buildings of the sixties. The room itself where the bar is located is quite bare. But foods (ice cream, pastry, savory) are excellent, a feature the more significant as some other famous bars in Acireale were recently closed. A classic is the package of almond sweets to bring a gift to friends near or overseas.

We stopped here to have a something eat, but despite the name, it was obvious that they don't have burgers in the way that I imagine, just pre-made sandwiches in the deli case. That wasn't what we wanted so we just had a quick drink. I don't think they get many English speaking tourists here but someone came out and tried very nicely to take our drinks order in English, which was a nice touch.
