Founded in 1978 as one of the original specialty coffee brands, PJâs Coffee of New Orleans now brings the savory taste and experience of New Orleans coffee to the world. PJâs Coffee utilizes only the top 1% of Arabica beans, sourcing 14 origin coffees fro
The drive-thru service at this PJ's is definitely their priority. Mornings have long lines but surprising fast service - because the drive-thru traffic comes first. For some time now, PJ's has offered points on every purchase, so don't forget to sign-up and to give them your email and phone number so you can track your points and qualify for a free beverage at 75 points. The best breakfast item in my opinion is the orange-cranberry scone, but they also serve muffins, croissants, and breakfast sandwiches. We thank you for starting your mornings with us! Our team works diligently to get all of our guests in and out in a prompt manner, as we know your days are busy. See you next time!

The whole idea of the Fat Spoon Cafe' concept is to do things a little differently than many others in the café business. Our food and atmosphere is unique, but familiar to Southern Louisiana. We pride ourselves on using homemade ingredients like corned b
Traveling through the area on a sight seeing trip and stopped for breakfast at the Fat Spoon Cafe. Tried grits for the first time and they were fantastic. The food was good and the environment reminded me of a family dinner. What made the review so positive was the waitress that helped us not only enjoy a great breakfast but she shared ideas and thoughts about the area and places we could visit. Very personable which was greatly appreciated.

Full service coffee shop and cafe.
We seated ourselves for breakfast and the server arrived quickly to take our beverage order. Our food order was prepared and delivered in a reasonable time. The eggs and bacon were cooked well. The blueberry pancakes were fresh, but a little dry (IMO). Certainly not a bad experience, but nothing special either.

The food was excellent and the younger staff members were great. However the older woman at the register was a bit short with me when I inquired about a menu item. She was perhaps in her 40's or 50's. I'm on the fence about ever dinning there again. Dinning out is about the food and experience and will the food gets a thumbs up the experience gets a thumbs down.

Attention to detail and spot on flavors of both teas and food. There is no finer tea menu around and they will refill your pot with any other tea of your choice. Owner is friendly and gracious. Highly recommend.

We stumbled on this cafe by accident after spending the morning picking blueberries at a nearby farm. What a wonderful cool, calm & super friendly oasis! The greeting & subsequent service were very restorative. The menu was surprisingly unique. Smoked salmon and smoked trout on a breakfast menu-Iâm impressed. All of the ingredients were extremely fresh. My husband swore he had the best over-medium eggs he was ever served in any restaurant, because they cooked them right! Thereâs lots of attention to customer service at this place.

Very quaint restaurant and not just because itâs the only place to get breakfast in Abita Springs. The food is delicious and the service is friendly but efficient. Coffee so good that I grabbed a bag of beans to go. Vegetarian friendly. Dine indoors or out.Highly recommended!
