Having travelled from Birmingham on Saturday 29th June to see Pink at Wembley Stadium, we decided to dine at the Handmade Burger Co before going to the concert. We were seated fairly quickly and placed our order of 2 whole chickens and a butterfly chicken. Having waited over 45 minutes, a member of staff then came out to tell us they had run out of whole and half chickens. Itâs was 4:15pm. I appreciate they had shortened the menu for event days as they are going to be extremely busy so do not want to cook lots of different dishes, but to then run out of 2 items on that menu is terrible, especially at such an early time in the evening (6+ hours before closing time). We decided to then have butterfly chicken, which still took over half an hour to be served. The butterfly chicken was absolutely tiny, under half of what you wouldâve got at Nandoâs. We ordered normal fries, Cajun fries and Peri Peri fries, but once bought out by the waiting staff they couldnât tell the different between the 3 so we had to taste them all to try and distinguish between them. After finishing the mains, we decided to have dessert as we were still hungry. We ordered 2 Oreo Sundaes, 1 New York Cheesecake Sunday and an Oreo Milkshake. We waited well over an hour for the desserts to come out to us, and I have to say, Iâve never seen an Oreo Sundae filled with broken pieces of McVities Digestive biscuit and half a waffle in it. When my sundae was served, the Oreos fell off the top and neither of the staff offered to go and get a couple of Oreos as replacement. Both Oreo sundaes were only half full, with a layer of waffle, digestive biscuit and vanilla ice cream - which I do not believe is the recipe stated on the menu. The Oreo milkshake that came out was basically milk. Now I understand why it took so long for the Sundaes to be served - theyâd obviously sent someone round to Tesco express to buy a pack of digestive biscuits! To be honest with you, Iâve never eaten at this chain of restaurant before and it certainly does not bode well. Itâs definitely not a place I would recommend to eat. The staff didnât seem to care that weâd been waiting an hour or so for each course to be served. And the fact that the kitchen and waiting staff think that itâs acceptable to serve something like that is just disgraceful. Most frustratingly, Iâve emailed the info@ email at least 4 times and Iâve had no response. Iâve messaged the company on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and still had no response. Iâm just absolutely appalled and dumbfounded by the service (or rather, lack of) that this company has provided and no wonder most of the reviews you read online are bad ones.

I recently had my motherâs wake in the myllet arms, every single one of the staff involved was sympathetic, helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional and all of my family who was at my mothers wake all commented on how nice the food was and how well chosen the venue was. So I donât usually write reviews but felt I had to do this because it was a very sad occasion being my mothers wake but deciding to hold it in the myllet arms made a very sad occasion into a very pleasant occasion. If anyone was thinking of holding any celebration or wake as in my case I can 100% recommend to have it in the mylett arms. Thanks for taking the time to let us know how we did. Have a great day!

This place takes humble food and elevates it to new heights! The full breakfast was outstanding; perfectly cooked, and the chilli beans were an amazing taste sensation. And to top it all off the service was perfect. I highly recommend this place!!

The restaurant is inside the Premier Inn Wembley Park where we were staying so is very convenient. My husband ate at the restaurant for 5 dinners/breakfasts and I ate there for 1 dinner and breakfast. The restaurant was very good. We had booked âmeal dealsâ (£25each), consisting of 2 course dinner with 1 drink and buffet breakfast in the Thyme restaurant. The night I stayed I had smoked salmon and avocado for starter followed by lamb shank with a glass of wine. My husband had pate for starter followed by chicken escalope with fried egg on top with a beer. All were well presented and cooked, and very tasty. Our waitress was helpful (Anne Marie I think). Breakfast was fine too.My husband found that during the week breakfast didnât start until 7am which was a bit late for him to drive to work. But a few days later the schools went back and then breakfast started at 6:30 which was fine! He noticed other people on business complaining about the 7am breakfast too. Perhaps this needs addressing as he cannot be the only business person needing to drive in London on the busy roads.

Went here Saturday 1st December before x factor final. We travelled from northern Ireland and I had booked table before we went. The price of beer was cheap for London and the staff were really helpful and friendly. But the best thing about this place was the food 5 of us got steaks and 1 got a chicken with mushroom thing and it was unreal. We eat out a lot and this is up there. So anyone going to a show definitely eat here before going you will not be disappointed.Hi Stephen,Although some time ago, we appreciate the kind words! We're glad you enjoyed your meal and the 'Chicken with Mushroom thing!' ;) We look forward to seeing you again soon and hope you enjoy yourself as much as you did the first time!Thanks,- Jack Johal

My wife and I were looking for somewhere to eat on a busy event day at the Stadium on a very hot day. We came across this cafe and decided to go in. What a brilliant decision that was, it was air conditioned so very pleasant even though it was very busy. The food was freshly cooked to order and was of the highest quality. The service was friendly and efficient and the prices made the visit outstanding value for money. Definitely the place to eat on future visits.

Due to renovations we will be closed for the first two weeks in September - many apologies for the inconvenience
I have just run a two day training for the lovely NHS Paediatric Speech and Language Team at Chalkhill Community Centre, and had the pleasure of meeting amazing Marie and her wonderful staff at this superb community café! I had two gorgeous lunches here. The menu is so fresh and versatile. How the staff kept going in the heat this week is truly award-winning. They did stand the heat, and they didn't get out of the kitchen! The atmosphere and service is friendly and social medicine in itself....hope to visit again. How utterly delightful for myself and the team to read this - this is what keeps us going - no matter what the temperature !
