Held our Golden Wedding party here and chose from set menu. The food was excellent and we could not have had better service from the staff. Extremely obliging and cheerful at all times (even when dealing with large drinks orders). Have eaten here for tea on Motherâs Day and lunch on Fatherâs Day. Both were delicious. Just an example below of one of one of the desserts.

Loch Fyne restaurants present a fine selection of fresh shellfish and oysters, along with seasonal fish and seafood specials. Each restaurant is rustic yet contemporary, with an elegant ambience. Grilled meat dishes are available at Loch Fyne, along with
Went for a last minute birthday meal last night and had to accept a 9pm slot as the restaurant was busy. I chose the battered cod with twice cooked chips but when the meal came it looked as though the cod had been twice cooked as well. The batter was completely overcooked and was inedible. When I complained it was changed without fuss but in my opinion it shouldn't have been served like that in the first place. My wife chose the the Goan curry which was very tasty but contained a lot of bones which was disappointing. We normally have a very good meal at Loch Fyne but if last night's meal had been our first time at the restaurant I don't think that we would have been going back in the future.Langfield64, it is really disappointing to hear that your experience was anything less than great, and your feedback will be taken on board.

Decided on this restaurant as we were staying near by before we flew out to Mexico The food was amazing I had the mushrooms and noodles should of come with beef but I asked for mushrooms instead, couldnât believe the amount of food it was so tasty. My husband had the steak he didnât leave anything on his plate We also had two starters. Not expensive for the quality of food. The outside space is brilliant for a private party with outside bbq and bar.You can also hire out the whole restaurant for a private function.I wish it was closer to where we live we would use it a lot....

Peel's have been one of our firm favouries for over past few years, including before becoming a Michelin star resaurant. We like food everything about it: food, the setting with great bbalance between contemporary style of the dining room and traditional surroundings of Hampton Manor itself; warm, friendly and attentive staff.

Revolution is always my go-to if Iâm out for drinks in my local area. You can always guarantee good cocktails which are made even better by the fact theyâre two-for-one nearly all day, everyday! The menu is regularly updated with new drinks which makes it nice if you visit every so often, as thereâs always new drinks to try out. Food is very reasonably priced for the quality, definitely wouldnât say itâs âpub grubâ. In fact, sometimes we just come here for lunch when weâre out shopping. The tapas style dishes are great to share. And finally, service. All the staff are very welcoming and always have a smile! It definitely helps to make a great atmosphere. I know not all Revolutions are good (been in a few terrible ones!), but I would definitely recommend the Solihull branch if youâre looking for great cocktails and a fun day/night out.

An independent Café located in Shirley, Solihull. Feeding your daily necessity for coffee & delicious food. More then just coffee our homemade Breakfast, Lunches & Dinners are locally and ethically sourced using the finest ingredients.
A nicely put together cafe. Especially like the stylish lighting. Staff were pleasant. Nice enough menu with a reasonable selection of choices on offer. I had a cheese and mushroom omelette. My usual low carb go to when out and about for breakfast. It was sadly lacking in taste, couldn't actually taste the cheese (at all, even got hubby to try) hence marked down. Hate doing that especially when the overall view was that it is a really lovely cafe. I had to add quite a lot of salt to get omelette to my taste too, which I do understand, chef wont want to over season as customer can't take salt out but they can add it. Excellent presentation though. Hubby had an amazing sausage and bacon barn cake. Top quality ingredients. Lovely coffee and a very charming pot of tea. Price wise, about average. Spotlessly clean. Toilets pristine. Highly recommended.

Bringing something different to Olton's social scene, Platform Three is buzzing wine bar meets relaxed daytime venue. Although Platform Three will be focused on wine we are also offering an appetising selective menu comprised of delicious meals, fantastic
We booked for our anniversary meal and arrived at 7.30 to the usual buzzy atmosphere. Service was friendly and swift as usual. The starters - the healthy salad and chilli beef salad were particularly good. The mains were good but not as impressive as the starters - the chicken was moist and the pie was very tasty with great gravy although some of the meat in it was a little overcooked. We shared the lemon tart which was lovely. We do really like it here and think it is important to support family businesses like this who try very hard against the chains to offer something individual.Hi David and Mel,Thank you for supporting our family business and we are glad that you enjoyed your anniversary meal. Kind regards,The Platform Three Team
