In our recent week-long stay in Salen, we ate in the bar area here three times - one lunch and two dinners. All the meals were excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the service was great. And if you like aeroplanes, it's right next to a tiny airfield which (when we were there) had a biplane and a few other small aircraft very close by.

Based in Salen on the Isle of Mull, we serve quality take away food using as much local produce as possible. We are open 6 days a week in high season . We sell the most wonderful Fish and Chips, Local Venison, Beef and Pork burgers,all day coffee and cake

Stopped off for breakfast on the way from Tobermory to Craignure. The owner was very friendly and chatty. We ordered two Lorne Sausage and Egg rolls, one Lorne roll and one roll with ordinary link sausage. We also had hot chocolate, coffee and two canned drinks all for £20! The food was yummy and certainly filled our bellies. The menu has some lovely looking brunch/lunch options too and there is parking, picnic benches to eat at and a roaring outdoor log fire to keep you warm in the Mull weather. Recommended.

After reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, I booked this lovely restaurant in advance. I was not disappointed. Food was amazing.The fish cooked to perfection. My husbands claw and turf was stupendous. We even had 3 courses. I never eat dessert but it would have been rude not too after a faultless starter and main. Cannot recommend enough if visiting the area.Service was great too.
