Grilling Great Steak Since 1974 Beefeater first fired up the grill in 1974, opening the doors to The Halfway House in Enfield. 40 years on, we now have over 140 restaurants nationwide. The combination of great steak, friendly service and relaxed surroundi
We felt really wanted and welcome in this pub last night. The staff were accommodating, genuinely friendly and the food was more than satisfactory. House wine was £11.99 a bottle, not bad at all, you can have unlimited refills on the soft drinks, and all you have to do is buy a £2-£3 meerkat day insurance and you get buy one get one free on meals here all year around! Three happy customers, well fed and rested before moving on to catch our flight. The staff here really do the brand proud.

This pub will always have a special place in my heart. First date venue for me and my boyfriend 9 years ago. We have re-visited numerous times since, however our latest time, just a quick Saturday lunch was disappointing. Staff that found it difficult to communicate and food was average at best.Jaki, many thanks for taking the time to review your recent visit & I am sorry too hear that we did not deliver to past experiences. If you would like to discuss in more detail please feel free to contact me at The Bell. Kind regards, John McKay.

Open to everyone, The Pilot's Hub is a 1930's aviation-themed brasserie and coffee house ideally based airside at Redhill Aerodrome; serving superb quality homemade food with virtually everything down to the cakes and chutneys freshly made on the premises
It pains me to write this review as up until this months I've always loved the Pilots hub.The Hub is a staple of life around here. My wife and I are one of countless families that go almost every Sunday for breakfast and we have never failed to enjoy are visit. The staff are local, friendly and well trained. The food is on point and Served hot in a timely manner. However, this month something seems to have change and it's not for the better. Today, for the second week in a row my family was on the receiving end of one of the worst dinning experiences I've ever received. We raised are concerns with the manger behind the desk only to be told "what do you want, we are short staffed"Please undo whatever you have changed as you are a local institution and your going down a slippery path.Hi Wildfish,Thank you for your review, and for all the positive things that you have to say about us. I am concerned about the less positive aspects. I apologise unreservedly for the comments that were made to you and would like to establish a little more detail, if you wouldn't mind, please. If you could email me at [email protected] with a phone number, I'd like to call you? Once I have established what happened, I would like to invite you back for breakfast for two, on the house. For clarity, nothing has changed here. Still the same owners, and chef. Largely the same kitchen and waiting staff, with the exception of normal staff turnover - so we are keen that we don't go down any slippery paths and want to establish what went wrong recently.

Quirky, welcoming café serving fresh home cooked food for breakfast & lunch! Our signature dishes include Salt beef sandwich served with homemade red slaw, warm oven poached chicken wrap, Wookey hole cheese melts & homemade meatball wrap with gooey cheese
Salted beef Hash! Is incredible and perfect lunch in a great little cafe thatâs busy but without the hustle and bustle. Somehow, you walk through the door and feel chilled and relaxed. A massive menu of sandwiches, wraps, paninis etc. Great tea, great coffee and very polite and helpful staff!Iâd say if ya in the area, absolutely pop in and have a drink and you see what I mean. Wow! Thank you for your outstanding review! It makes it all worthwhile when we read how much our customers have enjoyed the "Beryl and Pegs" experience. We look forward to welcoming you again.

We came here for a quick visit on the recommendation of a friend and we weren't disappointed. Lovely decor inside and lots of tables outside in the nicely landscaped garden. Extemeley clean toilets, which is another good sign. We made our order at the bar and we could tell by the care and attention to detail in the making of our cocktails from the server behind the bar that we made a good decision to come. The food was all cooked to a high standard, impossible to find fault at all really.

A family friendly village pub, with informal and relaxed dining. Thai and British cuisine, and also artisan wood fired oven baked pizzas. A very substantial beer garden with children's play area, with bouncy castle, open when weather is permitting. Wide s
I really wanted to rate this as VERY GOOD, as the food was really nice, the decor and ambience pleasing, the staff friendly, and our meal, with drinks, was very reasonably priced ...Unfortunately the gents toilets were more akin to something from the Victorian era, and totally out of context with the rest of the establishment: it was tired and dated, the seat was missing from the toilet bowl, there was barely any soap in the dispenser, and altogether it was not a pleasant experience, although I canât vouch for the other loos.Aside from that, there was little to fault, and in all other respects, Iâd definitely recommend this place.

Came here with friends and had a fabulous meal. I recommend that you book a table as it is always busy when we have been here. We were served by a lovely friendly lady called Tracey. She recommended the king prawn starter and it was amazing. There is a good wine list and puddings menu you need to leave room for to try.Good quality food and great prices.

Very generous portions of meat. The roast beef was tender and cooked to perfection. Roast chicken with stuffing was spot on and the pork belly was excellent. Yorkshire puddings are home made, huge and delicious. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if roasts are your thing! Thank you very much for taking the time to write such a lovely review. See you again soon!
