We are a privately owned village pub that offers quality home cooked food. We have a bar, lounge, Rose Room and garden. All these areas are available for dining in. We have a menu to suit most tastes and diets and are able to offer alternatives on most oc
Delightfully traditional with its village setting and timber-framed interior, the family-run Rose and Crown could be straight out of a Thomas Hardy novel. Service is cheerful and the rooms are simply furnished but cosy, creating a relaxing and informal atmosphere. A beautiful garden at the back of the building is perfect for warm summer evenings. The regular menu is varied, and is supplemented by a specials board, with food prepared fresh while you wait. I enjoyed the yummy Panko Prawn starter, while my husband opted for a nacho dish. We followed this with chargrilled gammon and eggs, and a rich beef and ale pie, topped with fluffy golden puff pastry, and new potatoes. Good quality, no-nonsense food. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, as were the bar staff. This really is a little gem of a pub and we plan to return soon. Booking is advised on Friday and Saturday evenings, as it is popular

Our steaks are from our local butcher, dry aged for a minimum of 28 days using Himalayan salt aging chambers resulting in a totally unique sweet and flavoursome steak. Our restaurant and menus are inspired by our historic building and gardens. Our menus c
The Orangery has always been a favourite of ours but they have really raised their game with the new summer menu. Firstly the kids menu is hands down the best kids menu around with more than just the obligatory burger, pizza or pasta. my two had the mini sliders and chicken and pancetta skewers that both went down an absolute treat. For the grown ups we went for the small plates menu with a grand anti past board to share, fantastic Sicilian green salad with the most delicious caramelised lemon zests

We had a fantastic meal at the Brook last night. The combination of flavours was incredible, and the food was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Also just the right quantity, reasonably priced and served in a timely fashion by wonderful waiters and waitresses. We will definitely be back, keep up the good work.

The Greens provides a peaceful oasis with lovely views over Pitcheroak Golf Course minutes from the centre of Reddtich. The building itself is celebrating its 100th Anniversary in 2013. It has history and character to compliment the homemade traditional B
The newer owners have put the prices up, took a drink away from the inclusive price, put in the most uncomfortable cheap naff deck chairs, done away with the lovely comfy chairs, gone are the Heinz and and HP sauce and replaced with cheap generic sauces, it's now cheap catering bacon, the deep fryer is doing the sausages and a piece less of toast/bread&butter. Only the golfers will be eating brekky here soon. The place used to be rammed but this time we were the only ones in there. Seen cafes who adopted these scrimping money saving procedures not last long before. Hopefully the new owners will reinstate back to being the best

Delicious food from a small menu with vegan & veggie options. Very welcoming friendly staff. Nice selection of quality drinks served in crystal glasses and other little quirks which reflect real attention to detail. A massive bonus for me is its dog friendly! Bowls of water and dog treats available and dogs allowed inside-Finally a place in the high street where we can go as a family with a young child and a dog.

Welcome to the beautiful new Why Not Inn, serving real ales, superb wine and wonderful pub food from local produce. Relax in the dog-friendly bar or grab a table in the casual dining area.
Last minute decision to go out for a meal and decided to try somewhere different. Had often driven past but on this occasion we thought we'd stop and give the Why Not a try. Glad we did. Pleasant meal. Lovely atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Intend returning very soon

We had dinner at the Beefeater in Redditch last night and would like to complement the Manager Sam for the way the restaurant ran like clockwork. The entire restaurant was packed and staff all worked hard looking after all the customers. They were a credit to Sam and the Beefeater brand. The food was excellent and the service likewise. Our server, Cara treated us like family and couldn't have looked after us any better. She was professional and very knowledgeable about the menu. We were so happy we're going back for lunch today!
