First visit since the refurbishment, to be honest looks much the same and the menu had not changed. Had a lovely table in the sun and ordered food via the app. Served well and was tasty, will probably go back but probably not rush back.

Westhead Fish & Chips is a very traditional Chippy, we serve fresh fish on a daily basis and traditional thick-cut chips, with sides such as mushy peas, gravy and homemade curry. It's important to us to maintain the traditional ways, and not changing the
Have visited the Westhead many times over the years. Fish and Chip supper consistently excellent with beautifully light batter and always non-greasy. Have rarely found better around the UK.

Visited for lunch and was warmly greeted by interactive staff. Very large menus full of choices of food be it sandwiches, pies, fish or meat with healthy options if needed. Our meals were freshly made and well presented, full of taste with large portions. Overall service, food and drinks were spot on and can recommend the curried chicken. pie as something different.

A rustic coffee house set in a renovated stables in Worden Parks Arts and Crafts Centre dating back to the 1700s, serving a large range of speciality coffees, gourmet sandwiches & cakes
We have only popped in for a coffee and cake, but it really is a lovely little cafe. The coffee is good and the cake to die for. Weâve tried the lemon cake and coffee and walnut, absolutely delicious. Itâs a lovely little place with seating outside, gets very busy at weekends so sometimes a little wait for food and drinks but nothing too serious. The staff are friendly and itâs definitely worth popping in if youâre on the park

Our welcoming cafe serves up hearty and wholesome dishes lovingly prepared using locally sourced, seasonal produce. There's everything from top quality barista coffees - including our own unique St Catherine's blend - to cakes, soups, salads, sandwiches,
Amazing breakfast - freshly made, tasted great and was full for the day. Service was great and staff were really friendly. What people need to realise is this place is supporting the hospice. I donât mind waiting for my meal that little bit longer. These people are volunteers not Michelin starred chefs. Not 200 yards away people are coming to the end of their life. People need to get a grip and realise their surroundings. If you feel that strongly - go to your local pub. Iâve been multiple times and never had an issue.

First time I'd been, as a special treat from my daughter, but it definately won't be the last..Fabulous afternoon tea, providing a excellent selection of sandwiches & a feast of gorgeous looking cakes, so much so, I didn't know which to choose first, unfortunately couldn't eat them all, but got a doggy bag to take the rest home. If you want to spoil yourself or someone else, go here you will not be disappointed. Plus the staff were so friendly & accommodating. Can't rate it highly enough.

We were having withdrawal symptoms as we hadn't been for a while, so called for lunch today (21/8) Everything was as great as usual, with the brisket and sea bass beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.Lovely wait staff, nothing was too much trouble.I've read a recent, less than complimentary review, and simply cannot believe they're talking about the same pub. We love this place and will be back soon. Many thanks to Tom and Craig.Thank you so much for taking the time to leave yet again such a wonderful review! We are really pleased to hear that you enjoy your visits to The Rose & Crown and canât thank you enough for supporting our hard work and efforts. It is unfortunate that you canât please everybody all of the time, but we all work very hard to ensure as few problems as possible occur. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Tom, Craig and all of the staff.

We are a friendly local cafe offering a range of healthy delicious food! We have plenty of vegetarian, vegan & gluten free options available.
Have noticed this cafe driving past for a while and kept meaning to visit. Today I called in and was amazed at how good the food is. Cafe is very clean and smart with a varied healthy menu. The Budha boxes looked very good and were very popular. I had the smashed avacado on sourdough toast with poached egg, bacon and mushrooms. It was very tasty and was well presented. The coffee is also very good here. There is something on the menu for everyone here and the prices are very reasonable. Service is also good with very pleasant staff. Will be visiting regularly in future. Thanks very Much Mike! We will look forward to your next visit.
