Quite a large bar, with lots of different areas to sit - including an outside area at the back and seating in the front with beautiful flowers all over the front. Good mix of people young and old and a good atmosphere!

The Red Bull is a traditional English pub with well-kept cask ales, a full range of gin and Irish whiskeys, and a great selection of delicious hot food.
My adult son and I ate here recently. This pub is more of a local pub for the village whose inhabitants clearly met there regularly. The atmosphere was noisy and convivial- most people were (like me) later middle age. It seemed to us that this is more of a traditional drinking pub than a dining pub. It was for this reason that the atmosphere wasn't what we were expecting, and why it has got three stars - had we gone for a drink and to be a part of "the crowd" it would have had 5 stars. People were very pleasant, those running the bar were lovely and they welcome dogs which is fabulous. It was our first visit, and the atmosphere was not what we were looking for at the time - that's down to us, not the venue. All that being said, the food was lovely, we both had starters and a main course. It was all nicely presented and beautifully cooked. Portions were generous. This is definitely worth a visit whether for a drink or a meal - just expect there to be quite a bit of noise with chatter.

Vintage Tearoom with freshly made sandwiches and home made scones and cakes, and some savories, pork pie with chutneys and pickles. All served on bone china. Staff in vintage dresses and we play vintage music. Very unique.

The Willow tree Cafe at Gleave's Garden Centre in Frodsham is a delightful little place that still believes in homemade food, using local suppliers, fresh ground coffee, family values and that a smile and a piece of cake will solve most problems. Speciali
We stopped here for a cuppa and cake. They did peppermint tea and hubby had a hot chocolate, we also had a slice of lemon drizzle cake - which for the price was small but it was lovely. Overall we payed more or less £10, yet in Chester we paid £8 for 2 hot drinks & a large Danish pastry. Too expensive, we should've stopped in Frodsham again cheaper! Won't be back.

We are open every day for food: from 10am for breakfast, and from 12 noon for dinner, until 9pm. Children and dogs are welcome in all areas of the pub.
We enjoyed our meal at this traditional pub when we visited with friends who visit regularly. We were made to feel welcome, service was friendly and everyone enjoyed their meal. There was a wide choice on the menu including vegetarian options. The meals were all homemade and freshly prepared and were excellent value for money.

Four of us ate here last night and we can't fault the experience. The restaurant is in a lovely old building which has been sympathetically decorated and furnished to provide a warm atmosphere. Service was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Menu choices were fairly limited, four options for each course, but covered all the bases of meat, fish and vegetarian (also gluten free). It's often better to do a few dishes really well than a lot of average ones!We enjoyed all our choices..chicken parfait, roast artichoke for starters ( the artichoke particularly good,) and Cheshire pork chop and mackerel for main. Dessert and coffee also excellent....and the wine list had some unusual and delicious wines.A great find, we will definitely be back.

We have visited Kash 22 three or four times since my initial review last August. Yesterday six friends & family attended to celebrate a birthday. We had food across the range from Sunday roast, burgers, and Mexican. Personally I had Sirloin steak which was excellent as was the accompanying salad etc. Below I repeat my review of 2018, comments of which still fully apply........ "If I was on holiday, and this was in the neighbourhood, I would eat & drink here every day ! Superb hostelry, the beer, ales and lager choice magnificent. The music themed decor likewise. Food is as good as we have experienced anywhere, restaurant or bar alike in a long time. Its a pub, not a top class restaurant....just better. Service was excellent, and owner/staff were the most friendly, welcoming I have ever encountered. My wife & I discussed our visit on route home and really couldn't find fault...we just waxed lyrical all the way home.Alas, not on our doorstep, but will return (hopefully) time and time again."
