Serving Traditional English Breakfast with local sausages, homemade bubble & squeak, jacket potatoes, pananis, hot and cold sandwiches and daily lunch specials. All available for takeaways
Suley's is a traditional café serving large portions of good, well-cooked and fulfilling food. My wife and I had lunch there today and I cannot think of another eatery in East Grinstead that gives better value for money. Suley's is not an establishment where you would go for a romantic meal, but if you are looking for good wholesome food at a reasonable price, Suley's is the place for you.

Had a lovely lunch here on a Sunday when there was a live string band playing. Food was delicious! I had the vegetarian tart which was so yum, it melted in your mouth. I also had a really lovely freshly squeezed juice. The owner was really friendly and the ambiance was really relaxed and nice. I would definitely return.

The Old Mill is a fantastic pub with open log fires, outdoor dining areas and a working water wheel. The pub serves a great selection of the well renowned and award winning Harveys cask ales as well as an extensive wine list. We offer traditional hearty B
We have eaten here several times, and trust them to produce tasty food with very drinkable wine. OK it is pub grub rather than pretensious and over-priced so-called fine dining (if that is your thing I could name three establishments within a three mile radius, all of which have given me pains in the backside when I tried them). But horses for courses, Dunnings Old Mill is a winner.Thank you for taking time out to review us.Our food is is produced using fresh ingredients daily.Next time your in make sure you try our daily specials.Wine Wednesday buy two large glasses the rest of the bottle is free.Look out for new wine list in November See you again soon. Everyone was very friendly, the atmosphere was really nice. The food was very good and the complimentary soup cup they give is amazing I loved it!! The only thing I could say is my sea bass dish was a little bit over flavoursome, I know that sounds silly but I have nearly finished two drinks just due to it being so strong however the sea bass itself is amazing, itâs only the sauces with the risotto thatâs quiet strong.

The Mug Tree is East Grinstead's original tea room, established in 2013 to provide traditional and high quality dining. An independent, family run business nestled in the heart of the community, The Mug Tree serves only the finest Fairtrade loose leaf tea
Went with a friend for afternoon tea. Loose leaf tea was perfect as always. I usually have a cream tea but decided to try the afternoon tea. Scones were fresh baked and still warm (I did have to ask for butter tho). Sandwiches were nice. The stars of the show were the cakes! Victoria sponge, macaroons, truffles, lemon meringues and a mini pot of strawberry and cream dessert. I was so stuffed I had to take some home, which my husband and kids devoured immediately! Also tried one of the new twisted soda drinks, which I was please to see came with a reusable straw! Very accommodating staff, I noticed that the afternoon tea served to a child on the next table had a marshmallow and sweetie kebab so I requested one for myself and they were happy to make one up for me. Best afternoon tea I've had in East Grinstead, other places don't compareDear mrsflight, thank you for such a lovely review, we're very glad you enjoyed our afternoon tea as its something we're very proud of. We hope to see you again soon!
