A spacious and quirky British pub boasting a warm welcome with open fires. Just on the outskirts of the town centre, the A1 Retail Park and the many houses locally, The King's Reach is the first McMullen's pub situated in the up and coming Biggleswade.
We visited this pub after my husband past on his travels said it looked nice so we gave it a go I had roast beef very nice plenty of it my Hubbie had fish and chips it was ok but not very much of it surroundings are lovely we ate in the bar in a nice corner as we thought the restrant looked a bit to close together I would have felt I was eating my lunch with the next table staff were very nice and efficient all in all a nice little trip out Hi,Thank you for the 4* review! I went here with my family for a meal. Great friendly service & delicious food. I had thai curry with scallop, king prawn, cod & monkfish served with sticky rice & prawn crackers. It was so tasty. I would definitely recommend going here for a good quality meal.

Greasy. Overcooked and badly. Poor service. Poor access. Poor hygiene in that tables were sticky and smeared plates looked badly washed glass had smears and floor didn't look properly cleaned. Will not eat there again.

Traditional English country Pub with Bar, restaurant, patio and garden areas along with separate self contained function room along with a private dining room/conference room.
We visited for my grandparents birthday. All the meals were served together (7 of us) and well presented. I had the White Horse Burger and itâs one of the best burgers Iâve had. It was so juicy and tender, it was beautiful. Was served with chips and coleslaw. Iâd definitely recommend this as a main as it was just mouth watering. Also had the raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake for desert which was also very nice. Friendly staff, overall great meal out.

The tea room used to be the Southill Post Office until it was closed down a few years ago. It is a jewel. We pride ourselves on home baked cakes and scones and hope that you enjoy them just as much as we do.
We had excellent friendly service in a great setting. The prices are cheaper than the coffee chains like Starbucks and Costa and the setting infinitely more enjoyable. The people who moan about the prices need to go to the big boys and get a reality check. The only gripes were the cafetière didnât filter out the coffee grounds very well and my coffee cake was lacking any taste of coffee. This can be easily corrected. All three of our cakes were nicely baked though and nice and moist. We will continue to visit regularly.

We visited the tea rooms at lunch time and found the food good but a little expensive for the portion size. The service , however, was good and the staff polite. The tables in the downstairs area are very close together and it is difficult to get around them.
