We had a lovely weekend in Bari, and went two times to Windigo Saloon. It was really great. The first evening we wanted to drink something with a small bite, but the small italiaan dishes that were put on our table where delicious! So we just had to get back there again, and we had for the second time a wonderful evening. People from Windigo Saloon: thank you, grazie mille!

I was in Bitonto for a little break and I went to this little pub for a dinner. The place is very clean and service is very fast, I ordered a burger called iron maiden which was perfect cooked very juicy and succulent!!! Good selection of beverage from a good local wine and beers! Well done to Vincenzo(think the owner) and all the staff!

[Sottolineo che il voto è maggiore di 4.5]Nonostante fosse sabato sera non ci sono stati ritardi o disattenzioni eccessive o che penalizzano il lavoro (qualche errore è giusto che ci sia ma è inevitabile).-Location carina e particolare, un poâ piccolo allâinterno ma nonostante ciò sono riusciti a non renderlo caotico; -Menù abbastanza vario (sia per la proposta food sia per i drink). Suggerisco il panino con pollo fritto e pulled! -Cibo: abbastanza buono e qualità ottima. Nachos con formaggio (con aggiunta di pulled) ottimi, la pensata dello snak già saporito ovviamente valorizza; panini buoni, ingredienti ottimi e hamburger fatti a mano. Su questi ultimi mi permetto di evidenziare una pecca (motivo per cui non riesco a dare il punteggio massimo): la cottura, richiesta al sangue, purtroppo (probabilmente per disattenzione o fretta) è stata diciamo âesagerataâ in quanto lâ hamburger era totalmente crudo anche esternamente (vedi ultime 2 foto). Personalmente non mi disturba come gusto e quindi non ho posto il problema ai camerieri, ma suggerirei di fare più attenzione in primis per clienti non così pronti alla carne cruda e poi perché la cottura al sangue ovviamente non è la stessa cosa di una tartare scottata per pochi secondi;-Servizio: niente da dire, qualche disattenzione nelle comande che data la velocità del sabato son più che umane. Il titolare gentile ed educato, disponibile a darci anche 10 min di tempo in più rispetto lâorario di prenotazione;-Conto: ottimo. â¬60 in 5 con antipasto, panini e birre. Finalmente qualcuno che ha capito che mettere il coperto non serve a niente. Riassumendo, non è voto pieno per la questione della cottura ma sicuramente vale tanto ed è molto consigliato!

Despite most of the waiters speak little English and the menu is in Italian, you will find a way to order your choice of food and drinks. The beerlist and winelist are very impressive. We had the Gulp beer, local white and one of the Bulghieri red wines. We had deer carpaccio, pasta carbonara, mixed platter and another pasta as starters: delicious. The steak, burger and pork as main were as least as good.Definitely book in advance.They officially open at 2030, but they don't mind if you arrive five minutes early.Thanks a looooooooooooot!

Sono stata con amici alla braceria di Modugno .Ho mangiato pietanze squisite,tutto molto buono. Il personale molto disponibile, gentile .Ci stiamo trovati molto bene un posto davvero molto caloroso ci stiamo sentiti come se fossimo a casa.Ritorneremo la prossima volta. Nancy.....
