Visited this restaurant after reading some good reviews from the Tripadvisor community. Let's start by saying you should make reservations or come in very early. The restaurant opened at 17h but the cook/chef starts at 18h.The fries are just perfect, just as the mixed grill we had. Nothing fancy, just very tender, well-cooked peaces of meat. My wife had the trout which was very tasty as well. Especially the white wine sauce.I do have a suggestion for the owner: Serve your meat dishes on a hot plate to avoid the meat from cooling too fast.The restaurant has baby seats but I wouldn't recommend taking small children. The waiter suggested to let our kids share a portion of fries which was thoughtful but the fries came without plates. The frikandellen that we ordered for the kids came in a plastic disposable tray which was a little disappointing.The staff was nice, the food was great, and the prices were right. I would recommend this restaurant if you're in Malmedy.

Nice food and nice wine. I recommend the house white which is reasonably priced and really nice. Simple food but fine. Very friendly cook/waiter/bartender all in one :). We ate pasta and it was good, the beers were tasty, the crepes for dessert ok. Pretty cheap, we spent 40 euros for 2 persons. safe, good place to eat.
