Foi andando pela cidade em um domingo de manhã que encontrei o casarão aberto. Uma linda seleção de bolos e um atendimento muito cordial.

Waiters started skipping our table 20 minutes after we were seated, which ironically did not make us mad because the meat was really tough and stale. Not worth it. Also, beware of positive reviews - probably all fake, written by owner/employees.(Garcons deixaram de vir a nossa mesa 20 minutos depois de sentarmos. Ironicamente, demos gracas a Deus, porque TODAS as carnes que nos serviram estavam duras e velhas. Nao vale a pena.

We went as a family for a weekday dinner and were very well served! Not only do they offer salad and hot food buffet options, but they have several prime meats passing by and on top of that prepare whatever cut to your liking and bring them to the table. We were very impressed, would recommend it!

We stop there for a lunch after we arrived at the airport which is very close to it so after 48 hours travelling we really wanted some nice and homemade food . The decor is really nice and everyone is very friendly specially the Owners she made us feel so comfortable and we never been served like that before , we enjoyed every little thing of our meal and price wise we were surprised with how cheap it was . So I really recommend for any traveller that is using the airport to use this restaurant or even if u just visiting Curitiba is well worth the stop by and Thankyou for the owners for the great service and great Food

In operation since 2010, the 'Kawiarnia Cafe Colonial' excels in the quality of its products and service to our customers, maintaining a rustic and cozy atmosphere so as not to lose its roots. In both cold and summer seasons, the warmth of the Kawiarnia f

If you find yourself on the southerly outskirts of Curitiba, Brazil, then this restaurant is a must. Easy to drive by as it looks like an innocuous DIY store from outside. Even upon entry, you get the feeling that it's like a school dinner hall - wide open with long straight tables everywhere. We were warmly greeted by the sprightly octogenarian Polish owner and treated like old friends. A free juice, coffee or aperitif as you arrive. Then the food - a starter of chicken hearts and veg followed by the main - an amazing platter of fishtypes, beautifully prepared and served with polenta chips and more veg/salad. Absolutely gorgeous lunch and I could not eat again until the next day. The bill was ridiculous for 4 people. Beers all round, starter and main for four people came to R140.00 - about £40 on current UK exchange rates (3.59). Fantastic!

Coming from an italian family, I am very hesitant to try italian cuisine anywhere but home. However, life has yielded a few pleasant surprises and this was one of those, This is an outstanding restaurant. To be fair to brazilian-italians, if you can trust italian cuisine anywhere outside Italy, one of those places is Brazil. The first large wave of immigration to Brazil, after independence from Protugal was italian. It is rather curious however that a restaurant this good is in the middle of nowhere in the outskirts of a capital like Curitiba. The antipasto was memorable. Fresh and tasty. We ordered one Fetuccine Alfredo and Pasta a gli frutti di mare. Both were great. The nicest aspect of the evening though was sitting for dolce and grappa with the maitre'd and the waiters. Luckily we were the last customers and we closed the house on grappas and chat.

This churrascaria is small, not cheap for lunch time and no variety of salad. However, most of the meats are really good specially picanha, filet mignon with cheese, argetinian meat and pork with grated cheese. Everytime they serve a different risotto and the waiters are really good.
