One of the best restaurants I have ever visited! Good food, friendly personeel nice atmosfeer! Special wines and food was more than enough. You can order 3 4 or 5 plates... We ordered 5 but after the third I was already full! A must..Dear Helen229,Thank you for your kind words! We hope that all our guests can enjoy their visit as much as you did.We also hope to welcome you again some time.Kind regards,Tessa D'haene

CORTINA is basically a hotel with large parking facilities and a large reception room for business and wedding parties and the like. The BUFFET ROYAL formula operates on sundays only for people who are after that little "better than the best". The right place for a bunch of friends on a special sunday. Advance booking is a must. The formula includes a complete all-in gastronomic experience from apero to dessert. The cold buffet is the most extravagant part of it with a range of ultra-fresh meat, fish, all sorts of crustaceans and a big assortment of prepared specialities. Don't try to absorb this complex offer in a hurry. Some three to four hours is what you need to explore all of it. For a change such a buffet is a top-experience in a truly luxurious atmosphere and therefore a fine alternative for the traditional restaurant. There is no menu to read, no selection to be made, you pick and try what your eyes are discovering on your walking tour. [The PINOT GRIGIO (annex to the hotel) is their normal restaurant. A Tripadvisor review on this may be available separately.]

Exceptionally good food, the steak and chips were lovely with the speciality sugar pudding (which was recommended by the owner) equally as good. The homemade chips were extra special! The owners were very hospitable and talked to us about the menu. The owner spoke some English but enough for us to get by.

We went there twice: once for a romantic Valentine dinner and once for business. That's in a standard house, well decorated, and with a quite atmosphere. The menu is very well elaborated with each time surprising tastes and look. Really a must in the region if you love the fine cuisine.

Though we have only dined at the Chateau du Mylord once before, we were greeted like regular visitors and felt welcome, which definitely also is thanks to sommelier Bart Lamont. The whole evening is like an adventerous luxurious culinaric trip with small surprises along the road. The micro-menus are my favourite. They are like a total surprise and the taste sensation is just fantastic. We went for the "Back from Holidays" menu...loved it. And the wine..... I can only recommend to choose the wine menu and let Bart handle the wine selection. If you appreciate delicate food, superior wine and being totally spoiled, you should pay Chateau du Mylord a visit ;-).

We had a great lunch and a lovely experience but although we advised the restaurant upfront abt my fish allergy and the headwaiter confirmed it before service I was served bonito flakes (to my understanding that is Tuna=fish) and lateron the langustine was accompanied by eel. Both dishes were replaces but it shouldnât happen in this top restaurant. Highlight are certainly the juices and infusions which accompanied the 7course lunch. I am a wine lover but I was pleasantly surprised by this alternative.

Great location, great food and wine experience, perfect service ... at a reasonable price (during the week) for 4 courses dinner, paired wines, champagne aperitif and 2 half liter bottles of sparking water 120 ⬠p.p. My 2cents : currently best foodie place around Kortrijk and Waregem. Well done !

Our evening in Boury was perfect from the start till the end. Five minutes after entering the beautiful renovated mansion, we already saw 3 or 4 different people welcoming us and introducing us to the menu. The house cocktail was amazing, the perfect start of the evening. So were the apetizers. We decided to go for the 7 course menu with wines. Every dish was totally different and gave you an explosion of taste. The wines were very nice as well, even though not all of them were according to my taste. However, the quality of the food and wine was excellent. The cuisine is quite pure (something I like) with pure tastes and ingredients. One minor remark is that they billed one glass of wine we decided to skip. We also had to wait quite long for 2 courses, but the atmosphere was nice (a fire was burning outsidem ,,,) so this did not really bother us.The service was very good. There is a certain etiquette, which I appreciate, but the people are not stiff and were very kind. The evening ended with a suprise as we received a small sweet bread for the morning after. These details make you go home with a wonderfull feeling. A big thumbs up for the entire Boury team, and I will surely come back in summer to enjoy the terrace and outside kitchen!

Friends recommended this restaurant and with 0 lies we ended our experience. Great & friendly staff & hostess. Food was perfect and exquisite. Good job chef! (Side note the details on the restrooms, never seen before... Hygiene products on men and female restrooms. Nice detail !!) Keep it A LâEnvers see you next time!

The smallest, but surely the best fondue-restaurant of the world!!! Great fondue, perfect vibe! You are most welcome!!!
Bistro Bordo is a cosy restaurant on the verge of the town center. The pleasant dining room immediately made us feel like home. The menu is all about fondue. Our group had the Mexican and the regular fondue, both of which were delicious. The same could be said of the (affordable) wine.During the entire meal, we got the full attention of the hostess, who kept bringing us new sauces, fries and fajitas. For an informal, relaxing, tasty and affordable dining experience in Kortrijk, head for Bistro Bordo!
