The cemetery tour guide recommended going back to Gulpen to eat. We found this little cafe near an old church. Place wasn't packed. The wait staff was friendly, spoke English, and was helpful interpreting the menu. Had a chicken soup and went for the recommended spicy chicken sandwich with a beer and was not disappointed. I would definitely come back.

I only ate here. But the exerience was great. Very friendly staff. A great selection of wines and plenty of it. Modern well presentee dishes with a lot of variation and great selection of desserts. Im thinking about booking a room here in the future

Nu al een paar keer daar gegeten en nu ook present op TA! Ze bieden een overzichtelijke kaart met een zeer gevarieerde keuze (oa schnitzel, hamburgers en pasta's). Nadat ik eerder koos voor een pasta zalm (voor nog geen tientje) had ik vanavond twee saté spiesen van varkenshaas met steakhouse friet en salade. Echt top! De bediening is hartstikke sympathiek (het is overigens een familiebedrijf), ze schenken Gulpener maar daarnaast hebben ze ook 36 speciaalbieren op de fles en ook de chardonnay is prima. Het terras is erg groot met leuke zitjes en ik kom er graag weer eens! Doen, aanrader!

The place is a great stop , relax in the nice garden , it's a famous stop for bikes , walking , ... so could be crowdy . friendly staff and we had great food.
