Ideal Provisions is located in downtown Wheeling near WesBanco Arena. The restaurant is totally outside, with some covered seating available. The seating is also shared by passengers waiting for the Greyhound bus, so finding somewhere to sit can occasionally be tough.The provisions in the name are definitely ideal, particularly the barbecue. I've gotten the pulled pork sandwich multiple times and have never been disappointed. They also make their own potato chips which are far superior to the bagged alternative. if you're looking to experience something completely out of the ordinary in Wheeling, Ideal Provisions is the place to be.
