Piccola premessa: avevo provato a prenotare "dal sor Francesco" , ma domenica a cena è chiuso, così sono stato dirottato dallo stesso proprietario da Pappallegra, ristorante della stessa gestione e con gli stessi standard di menù e qualità .Siamo una coppia ed abbiamo optato per la degustazione funghi porcini da 30 euro a persona.Antipasto mediocre:- focaccia con funghi e due bruschette cadauno,Due primi: - ravioli anonimi con una crema di funghi,già piuttosto salati; - zuppa composta da una salamoia e quattro funghi in croce, sono stato costretto a mandare indietro il piatto perchè stava iniziando a marinarmi la lingua e il palato, in alternativa ci hanno proposto gnocchi al tartufo.Secondo: - Funghi in padella (come quelli presenti nell'antipasto sulle bruschette) e patate stile "chips" come una qualsiasi tavola calda da 3 euro, oleose e stucchevoli.Altra nota di demerito: il locale è adatto solo a chi ha bambini dai 4 ai 10 anni, è presente un'area giochi; da metà cena ho solo sentito grida che ancora ho la eco nelle orecchie, ho dovuto comunicare a gesti. In fase di prenotazione sarebbe stato utile avvertire che la soluzione Pappallegra era più per famiglie caotiche.Per finire,siamo stati male di pancia tutta la notte.Oltre i due menù,due calici di vino della casa, una bottiglia d'acqua ed un caffè, totale : 72,5⬠(se fosse stato un menù decente se le sarebbe meritate, ma il valore del cibo servito non superava i 10 euro)Spero vivamente che la recensione sia utile per i prossimi clienti e per gli stessi gestori, l'altro ristorante vanta a detta di molti un'ottima cucina, qua si sono persi per strada su ogni punto di vista.

Along S. Vito street, this rustic restaurant offers menus and a la cart choices. We had a 18 euro simple tagliata menu and a 23 euro premium one. Besides the tagliata, the menus include a starter with some local hams, a few pickles, a vegetable dish, water and a glass of wine . The meat was really tender, the baked potatoes nice. We also had Pappardelle with cinghiale sauce, delicious, I particularly appreciated them.

OK, I have been to many, many places around the world. This place is the pinnacle of an amazing dining experience! The top, for value, pride in food, atmosphere, unparalleled value! What do they do to this meat? First the antipasti tray, OMG just look at the picture. Then the pasta, the ravioli, all incredible. The service is fantastic. The setting, rustic, stone walls, you just feel like you are back in time or something. The dry aged steak is out of this world. Soft, tender, tasty, juicy, just the best you can ever get. Four adults, two kids, with a liter of amazing local vino for 135 euro?! Make a reservation, go here. You will never forget it.

Many happy retun visits to this reastaurant, which has by now become a firm family favourite for our dinners out. Meat is amazing: tasty and very well cooked. Excellent cuts. Roasties are the best ever. Carpaccio very good, and a plesant selection of cakes. The cat-loving waitress is a nice chatterbox, and it is always good to be back. I often choose this place when I have friends to treat or for business dinners with colleagues. The restaurant is always busy so booking is stronly recommended. I have never been for lunch but the advertised deal looks incredibly cheap.
