This restaurant is at the back of the Blanco courthouse square. Arrived around 5pm on a Friday where we stood in a 5 minute line to order and pay-at-the counter. Order clerk was very friendly, answered all our questions and even provided a beer sample to help with a decision. Food was delivered to our table.Condiment bar had two types of BBQ sauce - sweet and spicy, along with pickles, sliced onions (yellow and red) and sliced bread.Unfortunately, hubby's sausage was barely warm. I wanted to take it back, but the line had a dozen or so people in it, so just ate it anyways. Brisket and fried okra was good. I wanted turkey but SOLD OUT so I ordered a chopped beef sandwich with fries. We were just getting to our table when I heard them say turkey was back on the menu. :(Good local musician playing guitar and singing!Napunani, thanks for joining us for some tasty BBQ! We appreciate you being flexible and patient during your visit. We invite you to come back while you are here so we have the opportunity to make it right to you. Thanks for your review.Best,Ladd Pepper, Pitmaster

We love taking mini vacations to Canyon Lake Texas , so nice to spend the day on the lake and end with a nice meal overlooking the lake . I ordered 3 meat bar b que plate , expected the little samples of each like you get at typical bar b que big box restaurants, but this was an unbelievable amount of food . Had enough leftovers for another meal . Will definitely be going back !

This is one of our favorite spots at Canyon Lake! Their brisket is the bomb, and we love their jalapeño sausage too. Order yourself a two meat plate with macaroni and cheese and potato salad and enjoy! If that doesnât sound good enough, you canât really go wrong with any of their meats and sides. They also have specialty sodas if you are into that too.
This particular corner had suffered from mediocre to poor restaurants until B-Daddy showed up. Excellent service, ribs, potato salad, etc. Hopefully, it is here to stay.

For years, Smokey Mo's has served up delicious BBQ - everything from lean, melt-in-your-mouth brisket to tender, juicy chicken and turkey. Complete your meal with our mouth-waterin' hot buttered potatoes, signature potato salad, gooey mac n' cheese, or ho
Went to drive through for some quick breakfast tacos. Scrambled eggs are under cooked. They donât blend the ingredients so if you order chorizo and egg they plop the eggs on the tortilla then the chorizo on top. Same for everything else we had (sausage or potato). I like chorizo but I donât want to take a bite and get pure chorizo. Also you have to ask for napkins. On a positive note they do ask if you want hot sauce and give you plenty and the tacos are stuffed full, but without a napkin that full stuffing is a problem. Have had their BBQ in the past and it is OK, but nothing to write home about. We are sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience. We take your feedback seriously and hope you'll give us another chance.
