Drove past the big chicken a few times and just had to stop. Plenty of parking and handicap ramp. Quick service with above average bbq. Seating at counter, table, or booth. Take out available. Lots of 50s 60s memorabilia with friendly service. Wife had chicken tenders & I had half a bbq chicken. No complaints,

I have eaten at Richard's BBQ in Salisbury many times but for the first time at breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful for the reasonable price. The service was friendly and fast as was getting the meal HOT! I don't usually order grits out because being a G.R.I.T.S. (girls raise in the south) I find that many restaurants do not put any or very little salt in the water when cooking grits. You can not salt grits AFTER they are cooked. Good Job Richard's on the grits. This G.R.I.T.S. will be back.

We enjoy going to this restaurant for hot dogs and fries. Thereâs lots of room for a large group to gather and dine. I enjoy the hot dogs with chili and slaw. Fries are a nice side. Breakfast is good here too. Great coffee. Breakfast plates overflow with good southern food!

This popular family restaurant offers everything from the area's best breakfast sausage and barbecue to oysters and steaks. No frills. This is a busy, down to basics restaurant where service and good food are priorities. We have only visited Winks for breakfast. I particularly like their large chunk home fry potatoes. You will not leave hungry!

Finally made it to this restaurant - it is usually very busy. Great pulled pork sandwich and also ribs. And a lot of food - enough for a second meal for us. The sides also are well prepared. Service was friendly and fast. Beer and wine are available.
