perfect pull requiring just a tug off the bone.not fall off the bone which is an urban myth. sauces are engaging running the gammet from sweet to smokey to hot. parkign can be a challenge but it's a worth while adventure. GREAT RIBS

Not sure why all the low scores but I had a great experience during lunch hours on a Monday. Walking in you immediately get that smell of a true barbecue smokehouse type restaurant. I was immediately seated and ordered a very simple plate with two meats and two sides that was quickly served. I chose the ribs, sausage, baked beans and mac & cheese. The ribs had a great smoke ring and taste. They could've been just a tad more tender but overall they were very meaty and good. Lots of time sausage at a barbecue place can be on the spicy side, however this was not which I perfect. The sausage came already sliced it was very tasty. Both of the sides were spot on, the baked beans had a great smoky sweet taste that really hit the spot and the mac & cheese was just as you would expect, gooey cheesy goodness. Had a big glass of sweet tea to wash all this down and the tea was right on the money as well. Looking forward to going back to try the pulled pork on my next visit.

We had time for a quick lunch and decided to stop in at this cute little place in Roswell. It has nice outside seating but the day was too hot and muggy so we took an inside table! The service was quick and the food was good. The only complaint would be the very dirty women's restroom. It was a one room affair for the women and a separate room for men so I can only speak for the women's restroom. I have always felt a restroom should be kept as clean as you would expect their kitchen would be! It needed lots of work. I would've given a much higher rating if I hadn't seen the restroom.
