It is totally inexcusable to have a waiter with such shocking body odour that it detracts from the meal. The worst possible impression made, we ordered from a small meat heavy menu. The fish stew was dire in my opinion though another in our group was more impressed. Meat dishes were well received though some said portions small. Lovely location admittedly, but I left still hungry and appalled by the vagrant stench of the waiter.Ci scusiamo per il cameriere che effettivamente poteva aver sudato. This restaurant is just off the Aurelia about 20 minutes out of Grosseto going south towards Rome. Take the exit for Rispescia. Simple traditional interior - comfortable and warm. We enjoyed a good local antipasti selection followed by delicious home-made gnocchi with a big choice of sauces. I had artichokes and fresh tomatoes - delicate but tasty. My companion had truffles. Although we were full at that point, we both stretched our belts for dessert - one tiramisu and one crème caramel, both excellent - the tiramisu freshly made. With a small carafe of house red we paid 52 euro. Highly recommended. Friendly service too.

What a beautiful and great restaurant! It is very near to Grosseto and the Cieloverde camping and definitely worth a visit (or two).The restaurant is situated near the main road but that is not bothering at all. The restaurant offers great food both fish, meat and of course vegetables; all fresh.We had a starter with spaghetti aglio olio what the chef specially made for us....the best! Our main course was a fresh barbecued fish and barbecued mixed grill with 3 choices of beef (3 out of 5 no cheap chicken or so). Dessert was also great; a millefoglie alla crema and tortino al cioccolato: really great. Please also see our pictures of the food! The atmosphere in the restaurant is really good, nice music on the background.It was the best food we had in Italy for over a week. .. you MUST go here!

Once more we had a great dinner at Mon Amour. The place has been revamped and refreshed as well. The owners are always trying new things so there's always something new to discover. Tonight it was wild boar hamburgers. Loved it! remember, everything here is made fresh, nothing is frozen apart from some of the desserts which they don't all make themselves. Magnificent restaurant near Maremma parc. We hiked in Maremma parc and stopped here on our way back to our hotel. We were too early so the restaurant was not open yet. Nonetheless, we got several brilliant Italian cold dishes with great wine. The next day we decided to go back at a time the restaurant was open. This time the whole family was there. The parents cook while the kids serve you dinner. The food was so tremendously good!!! Every dish consisted of brilliant Italian food and as a âsecondiâ we got fresh meat which was one of the best pieces of meat we ever ate, it was so fresh and so tender. Together with great wine, homemade arancello (like limoncello, but then made with oranges), terrific desert, but most of all with an amazing atmosphere thanks to the wonderful family we had a brilliant night here and we would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I found this place on Trip Advisor after developing a craving for a hamburger. I guess after a week of pizza and pasta my 'Merican diet had enough of that. The food was great and the staff were amazing. They were polite and helpful and luckily there were a few who spoke english too. The burger was a good as anything you will find in America... I'm surprised because they're so hard to cook and all and the fries were great too. Great place to visit!

I had conflictual feelings about this place. This has been suggested by the owner of one of the best restaurants in Grosseto, so that was already a well start. Then the lady who served us was so kind and walcoming that it was a pleasure to stay there. In between a mix of weird treatments by the owner put the experience a bit out of comfort zone. In the end he made up the doubts gifting us with a local present that partially recovered the feeling of not being take in "too much consideration" (we ordered a 2012 wine bottle and we did not notice that he brought us a 2014 one...which was completely different in quality and taste...then we recognized the mistake and asked for the second being 2012, and was sooooo much better. No words about that has been done by the owner, when just a few words and excuses would definitevely put our table ok with everything). A part of this, top quality Fiorentina, good wines, nice place, nice people. Deserve a visit.
