I visited this restaurant because of the positive reviews on trip advisor. I wish we had not. The restaurant was busy and with only two staff and the owner serving service was appallingly slow and disinterested. We were given one menu between five and persuaded to have the anti pasti which was just average. We then waited and waited but our orders for primi were not taken. Having to go and ask for additional menus was the icing on the cake. Forty five minutes later we all stood up and left. The owner was not interested about our concerns, but was very happy to take our money . Very average food and terrible service. please. There are much better places to go and eat good food in Ostuni.

We found this place quite by chance, you pick the meats you want from a butcherâs style counter, they have steaks, sausages, bombettes, chicken wings and a whole host of local delicacies. They seat you in the restaurant and you can choose drinks, appetisers and side dishes for your mains. They were really helpful and friendly and this was the only place in Puglia that we visited more than once! Itâs full of locals and always busy so you know itâs going to be good and reasonably priced too.

We would have given this place a higher rating except for a strange happening towards the end of the meal.When we arrived we were directed to a table, said 'no thanks it is in front of a big television.' 'No problem,' said the waitress, switching it off.After about 20 minutes a group of eight people arrived, sat under the wall mounted TV, started talking animatedly, and the waitress switched the television on.We asked for it to be turned off again, she said the group wanted it on, they didn't, (they couldn't even see it!)Expressing annoyance facially she turned it off again.Towards the end of the meal the proprietor came and turned the television on again saying 'no volume.'No one else had come into the restaurant and despite asking in Italian 'why, we do not understand,' he was adamant.So, concluding the customer is always wrong we paid and left.

Went to this fabulous BBQ restaurant. All different types of meat offered, great tasting food. We had delicious steak, chicken wings and grilled Vegetables with potatoes and salad. Excellent and so tasty.Recommended and very reasonable in fact our cheapest meal yet in Puglia.£47 with bottle of beer and and two bottles of Sparkling water
