Reviews on Barbecue food in Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. Home to nearly nine million and powering an economy that exceeds both Hong Kong's and Thailand's, Osaka packs quite a punch. The confident, stylish city is a shopping hub, with fabulous restaurants and nightlife. It's an ideal base for exploring the Kansai region; Kyoto's World Heritage Sites, Nara's temple and Koya-san's eerie graves are within 90 minutes by train. Top city attractions include the aquarium, Osaka Castle, Universal Studios Japan and the futuristic Floating Garden Observatory.

This place was expensive, but worth every penny because I can almost still taste the beef thinking back many weeks. As tourists unfamiliar with the standards of wagyu beef in Japan, Matsusaka is at the very top and this place definitely spoils you with it.Be warned, you wonât want to order portions that are too large because this place really prizes quality over quantity, and even a few slices of beef will fill you up because of how much fat is in each slice/bite. I forget which set menu I got, but it was the one with 12 pieces of beef and came with garlic rice and beef-sashimi. The beef sashimi is overrated, but everything else was awesome. The staff are fluent and helpful in English and Chinese, and you should make reservations online if you can, or go through a concierge. A must-try!

We are a Japanese style BBQ, all you can eat restaurant that serves beef, chicken, pork, etc. (First we serve an assorted plate of beef pork, chicken etc.) From your next order, you can choose the type of meat you like.) There are many kinds of Japanese s
Headed here for dinner after the sumo tournament one night. Made a 820pm reservation. A little slow to respond via email, but we got there in the end.Venue is cheap and cheerful. Staff were friendly and explained everything. We went with option 1 and just paid for drinks (think you would have to be drinking a fair bit to get value with drinks package, as drinks seemed reasonable price).Meats were good, some more options on the verge side would have been good to even out. Found staff to be attentive and food came out quickly - we were full well before our 2 hours were up.Overall would recommend.

Nice meal with friendly staff, the staff are very helpful, they explained the menu clearly and provided suggestions. When we were considering to join the drink package or not, they explained to us and think it will be more expensive if we didnât drink much, they are very considerate and not only focus on making money.

Our restaurant offers Matsusaka-beef, one of the three major Wagyu in Japan. You can experience the finest quality Matsusaka-beef at a reasonable price.
We serendipitously stumbled into this small restaurant on our last night of a quick trip to Osaka, and were warmly greeted and seated. We loved the tucked-away feeling of the booths, even when graciously relocated due to smoking patrons in the next booth. Once the menu and provenience of the beef was patiently explained, we set in to enjoy the delicate flavors, the coziness of the restaurant and our booth, and the attention we received at just the right times. We enjoyed the table service and the walk through Dotonburi to get there. Thank you Yoshi!

Managed to get a table at 7.30pm at this joint and chose the matsusaka special course for 5800Â¥ pp. Assorted appetizers, marbled beef sushi, short rib with leek and salt then the four different parts matsusaka beef with garlic rice ending with ice cream dessert. Cook your own meats, overall it was an enjoyable meal in traditional surroundings near the lively area of Dontonburi.

Our Shop " NIKUHOSHI " is MATSUSAKA BEEF PREMIUM SHOP in Kuromon Market Osaka.
$140 for a steak to be BBQed on the street. Just fly to nyc at that point. This is the only place with English on the store front. Steak was ok... looking. Also, Google reviews are more honest than TripAdvisorâs.

This store is an 'All -you- can- eat restaurant'. We don't have a la carte menu. We also have lunch menus during lunch time.
Buffet style yakiniku restaurant. Staffs speak English and they are very friendly and clear with the instructions. Good value for money...
I just left this restaurant, the food is kind of acceptable. Staffs are nice but they did not notice me first about all you can eat rule. One person/scope of ice-cream, that is a very small scope of ice-cream that I got. Also, I came here with my father who did not order any ice-cream. When the staff gave us she said one person/scope but at that time we thought it was ok because my dad did not order any and I ate it, so it was similar by the way he gave it to me. The thing happened when I billed they charge me ¥410 for the extra ice-cream. So I thought they should clearly notice the customer first about the rule. Cheers!
