We were told by our concierge that this was the best restaurant in the region. Off we went into the dark, up a mountain, with poor signs and now no internet for directions but we just kept going. We arrived at the restaurant and they had remained open for us and we were the only ppl in the entire place. We were treated like royalty and received several amazing courses and wine pairings for each. The waiter/owner brought out this huge piece of steak and filleted it for us table side. Dear Gawd, how I wish I hadn't ate the previous 4 courses and was able to eat the entire filet with no knife needed. The owners high school age came out and translated everything back and forth, it was a great time!! I love this restaurant and plan on returning with my husband the next time I am in Franciacorta.

If you'd like to try some good local food and good meat, you should try this place. While having a ride to iseo in the inland you can find this nice small restaurant, ran by nice people. They listen to all intolerance issues and advice you what you can eat. I recommend this place and I'll surely be back from time to time. A small advice from me: try to improve the patate al forno, thru could be way better

I headed this feedback by highlighting the quietness of the place.. as , most of the locals talk real loud especially when wine is contributing to socialise.. ..surprisingly everyone was tactful with noise. good food, pizza appetitosa was delicious.., picked by a real long list of choice of pizzas . may be waitresses could be a little more smiling. We were recommended this restaurant by our host. The place is very welcoming and had a homely feeling. They have few dishes based mainly on meat. My husband had the grigliata mista which he said was very good and since I am a vegeterian I took the pumpkin gnocchi which I liked. Recommended to meat lovers

We stopped here after cycling round Monte Isola. The restaurant was busy but we got an outside table next to the causeway. We had the mixed seafood platter and Caprese for starters, the ravioli, penne with fish, lasagne. The pasta was all beautiful. Service was friendly and efficient. We arenât talking fine dining, just a relaxed relatively inexpensive meal. Just perfect in the sunshine.Thank you very much for your nice review! I hope to see you again!Fabio
