Well worth a visit if staying in Mataro. Located in the town centre - walking distance from the marina. Extensive selection of burgers, perfectly cooked steak burgers, bread lovely - fries are excellent - beer draught and cold, perfect for a warm day. Myself and husband visited with our sons aged 15 & 16, all four of us said that this was probably the best burgers we had tasted :)Hi Trevaskus! Thank you very much for your review. Two of us had a wonderful dinner on a Saturday night. The meats were excellent, cooked to perfection over coals. The meats were actually not only from Argentina but different locations from around the world including Spanish beef. The wine selection is good as well. The price is affordable but because the quality is so good it makes this place very good value.

We were the first customers and by the time we left, the restaurant is full with more waiting.The goat cheese salad, onion ring, mozzarella strips and special 'Lumber' potatoes with cheese and bacon are good. That was a good start.But disappointment came later. The burgers are nice but if they could be hot enough, they would be delicious. Burgers were lukewarm. Or 'cold' to some extent. We can't understand the reason why they couldn't prepare the burgers just before serving them to us. There were no customers as yet. The ribs tastes more like boiled, or maybe placed on grill shortly before coating it with BBQ sauce. No idea. But it is lacked of the charcoal aroma.Staff service is good. The kids enjoyed the atmosphere.

Very good for meat "a la brass" (catalan BBQ). The lamb ribs, escalivada (vegetables baked on the oven and peeled; served cold) and salads are recommended. A familiar atmosphere.
