The dinner we had was terrible! We had a piece of meat (ramsteak) with grilled mushrooms and minced meat (pljeskavica) filled with cheese and fries. The ramsteak was not grilled at all, it was practically flash meat and pljeskavica was without cheese with fries all mashed up like they were cooked instead. When we sat, an old man brought us some bread, which, by the way, was not even home made and which we didnât order at all, but at the end, it was on our bill and we had to pay 12 kuna for something we didnât ask for. The waiters do not have uniforms, they are dressed like they are working ni the garden and not being a waiter serving food. When we wanted to pay, some guy that brought us a bill told they do not accept credit cards, so I had to leave the restaurant and go to find a nearest bankomat in Malinska. That really made me nervous, so I even told the guy we live in 2018, not in 16th century and itâs ridiculous they do not accept credit cards. Anyhow, very bad dinner with lousy service.

Nicely situated, in the quiet place, with large parking available. Food very good, however prices a bit misleading, as you have main dish listed without extras (like, salad, fries, potatos etc.), so in fact you need to pay more. Food served very fast, and tasted very good. Just try and have your own opinion :)

A small family restaurant located at the most beautiful promenade in Malinska, and we base our offer on local and fresh groceries, all of which are offered in wonderful meat and fish dishes made on the Orfy Grill in front of you.

We went here for lunch. Orderd the sausages and hamburger (pulled pork was not available anymore). Food was prepaired on the barbeque outside (in view) of the restaurant. The cook looked a bit mad and kept walking in an out the restaurant. This didn't give it a professional feeling.Food was delicious and was more then enough to feed a person.Toilets are in good state and clean.Price wise it was a bit more expensive then we paid at other restaurants. But fortunately not far over the top.

What we liked: the food was lovely. The 4 of us had prosciutto sheep and goat cheese as a starter, followed by tasty home-made pasta (Å urlice or gnocchi) with goulash (meat stew) and Å urlice with asparagus (and prosciutto bits, in a creamy sauce). Salads and vegetables as sides as well.The wine was also good.What we did not like: we ordered wine and water right at the beginning and we opted for "red wine". We expected to get the house wine, as it is tradition in the konobas and family run restaurants of this type. Insted, we were presented with a bottle, without being offered to taste the wine before confirming we were taking it, nor geting any other information about it. It did taste delicious, though. When we ordered the bill we were surprised to get the bill for the food and on top written by pen another total. The price written by pen was the "real Total" inclusive of the wine price and it was 1/3 higher than the printed Total. The difference was 25 Euros cca. We guess that the restaurateur does not want to pay the VAT on the difference, but as a matter of minimum courtesy, they could have explained to us in advance - maybe by explaining that they had this wonderful costly wine that they would recommend us to taste. Ha ha ha - such a miss in transparency and courtesy.We will not be back.There are many other wonderful family run konobas and restaurants that offer home made tasty food in Malinska, or especially at the side of the island called "Å otovento" - and this one was no better that the average.

We ordered rump steak, tuna steak and goulash with Å¡urlice (traditional pasta which origins from island of Krk). Rump steak was excellent, prepared like it should be, dark brown from outside and juicy and bright red from the inside. But pommes and fried onions which are part of the dish were catastrophic, basically uneatable. We came to conclusion that they were fired at some time before and then just put on the plate, which made them gummy, hard to chew and without any taste. Tuna steak was barely average (felt like were de-frozen and not fresh) and potato with chard was also not good, looked tired and not âapetitlichâ at all. Goulash was fine but portion is so small that we thought it was a baby menu. Service is fast, but kind of automatic and without any fine restaurant touch. We felt like we are in some public feast at the village square. Conclusion: a place to eat something fast from the grill. If you have any gastronomic ambitions or if you are looking a place for a nice lunch/dinner with family of friends â skip this one. Also if you are there keep focus on basic meat which can be ok, and avoid any side dishes (they even make grilled vegetables in advance).

Nice interiors and exteriors. Solid and cosy furniture. Grill outside sou you can observe the cooking/grilling process.Service: quick, polite. you expect nothing moreQuality of the food: we had one of the best steaks and veal ever. soft, well grilled (medium), tasty. baked potatoes awesome. mixed salad as usual in Croatia.
