The venue is a country barn filled with lots of American history and antiques. It is a very cozy and friendly atmosphere. The food is inexpensive but very high quality and large quantities. I had the spots and they were delicious and my husband had the bbq and chicken platter. It is great for the whole family or for date night.

My bride and I stopped here on the way to Myrtle Beach. It is a bustling, friendly restaurant with traditional southern fare. The host seated us promptly, and our waitress was friendly and attentive. Been going to Papa Bill's for a few years now (they also have a location in Pembroke about 15 min away). Burgers are poppin', chicken is crispity crunchity. Lemonade and tea is sweet and refreshing. This is a go-to place instead of the corporate monsters that crank out junk. It is a little more $ but it's worth it.
