Things to do in Lilburn
Really good!!! I like beef BBQ and the stuff at Smokey Jacks is amazingly tender. It's almost like pot roast but with a nice hint of smoke. Their sauce is different. It's a thin and sweet (honey) sauce that soaks into the meat rather than coats it. I tried the mac and cheese and fries for sides. The mac & cheese was excellent, fries were average. Overall, I highly recommend. It seems they do heavy take-out business but they do have some tables inside to dine-in. Nothing fancy, but clean inside. The really tender beef and a BBQ sauce that is truly different made for an exceptional meal. If you don't like a sweet sauce, then you probably will not enjoy Smokey Jacks - but I thought it was great and will return for more!

The Oyster Barn Seafood & Bar-B-Que is located in Lilburn, Georgia. We have a great atmosphere, with energetic staff, and great food. We also have two full bars with different vibes. Our front bar is located in the center of our dining area and is open wi
We had seen this place ever since we had moved to Lilburn and thought it seemed an interesting gathering place. It had a very strange smell. The food was marginal at best and overpricedPaula, I'm sorry you felt that way about our establishment. We've never had a complaint about a bad smell in our restaurant. And our prices are average with all the other seafood restaurants in the area. Besides that did you have any other suggestions? I really hope you can come back to see us soon and hopefully have a better experience. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
This past weekend I had a shopping trip to Dawsonville, Ga planned which would include a stop at a favorite BBQ spot in Dahlonega, Smokinâ Gold BBQ. A quick Google search to confirm hours, I discovered they had moved to Lilburn, Ga. Kind of surprised by this, but not really, many of my favorite BBQ spots in Georgia, have either closed (due to retirement) or changed their business model. So on a shopping trip to the Lilburn area, I decided to stop by the new location today, Monday, Dec. 31st. Normally closed Monday, they were open New Years eve. They have only been in this location 3 short months. The place looks great with outside seating. The owner Dan greeted me, asked a waiter to seat me. I was the only person in the place, he took my drink order and handed me the menu. The menu items have not changed with the new location, so I pretty much knew what I wanted, a 2 meat plate with 2 sides and a slice of Texas toast. After a few minutes, my plate arrived. Pork, brisket, collards and corn casserole. Everything was just as good as it was in the old location, and being the bbq purist that I am, I did not use any sauce. The meat just did not need it. The waiter was very attentive and asked a few times if I wanted a drink refill. As I finished up my plate the owner, Dan stopped by to ask if I wanted a dessert. I made a comment, âyou moved on meâ. His response, I thought you looked familiar. In the 8 years of visiting the previous location we had never actually talked. I stuck up a brief conversation, asking why the move, the owners live close by, a belated âHelloâ from mutual friends, etc.. I ordered my usual dessert, Peach cobbler al a mode, which was just as good as everything else. Very easy to get to and has plenty of on property parking. I wish Dan lots of success in this new location, I will be back for sure.
I stopped by here and got some take out lunch recently. I got the Korean Beef. I enjoyed it and I will be back.

Our family of 3 went to this Chili's location Sat Mar 18, 2017 (early evening) and our server was Kristi!! She was the best server I've had at ANY restaurant in a few years. She was attentive, personable and actually cared about our experience at Chili's. Our food was excellent but we went away from the night, happy and content because of Kristi!! Keep her as a server and you will definitely have repeat customers because of her personality and knowledge of the food/menu!Thanks!!

Amazing experience! Hadnât been here in years, due to work travels (Far more friendly for non-Koreans). Came in between lunch and supper rushes, and got the AYCE B (had to have the short ribs). Grace was awesome! She always appeared just when the food needed to be turned, served, or more brought. She was totally spot on. All the items I had were simply phenomenal. Of course I started with the bulgogi (just like an old Korean friend made), the short rib, pork belly, and spicy squid. The sides (kimchee , pickled radishes, cold noodles, beets, etc) were always replenished before I ran out. Lastly, donât miss the Soju. Iâm a fan of lychee, which was a very refreshing and tasty compliment.
