If you are looking for something quiet this is not the right place. Bustling with activity large tables and noisy as apposed to loud. The food portions were good in terms of size and a broad menu caters for most tastes. Friendly and efficient staff however on a table for 10 we did feel as though we were being pushed to turn the table around quickly - which to be fair is not unusual in this resort over skiing season.Dear Clients,We thank you for sharing your experience in our restaurant La Biskatcha.Thank you for the compliments you made about the restaurant. Super déjeuner en famille, début février dans ce restaurant sur les pistes, entre Les Gets et Morzine. Accueil adorable et cuisine fraîche et familiale de très bonne qualité.Très loin de la frénésie de certains restaurants d altitude, n hésitez pas à y faire une halte, vous ne le regretterez pas.Merci encore pour l'accueil. Nous reviendrons l an prochain (Ou cet été entre 2 parties de golf ;-)

We had lunch here as a family of 8 and really enjoyed ourselves. The sun was shining which made it perfect for relaxing and watching the skiers on the slopes above while enjoying the meal. The location is really ideal. If you're skiing it is right at the top of the Chavannes gondola, which you pick up from the centre of Les gets. If you wanted to drive up there is a windy road and takes about 10 mins from town.The atmosphere is very good as there was loads of people about all enjoying themselves. The service was hit or miss, but that is expected when you are in the French Alps. One waiter could be lovely and smiling and the other ignores you. That's just the way it goes.I'd definitely recommend going there. The prices were decent considering you're on the mountain, but the quality of the food and the scenery make it worth it.

I reserved the hotel for the weekend, for the 23-25.03.2018,with the Booking.com. On the 5th of February I called the hotel asking to waive 30% cancellation fees. The reply of the French-speaking receptionist was dry and hostile, with a complete non negotiable refusal. One month and a half in advance of the trip, the cancellation fee was flatly refused. You pay 30% fees even if you cancel well in advance. What a shame, dear Hospitality partners.
