So I went yesterday and I cut through my chicken cube and found a hair, the restaurant apologised but nothing else was done. Quiet shocking and totally would not record anyone else to go here as thereâs no hygiene. God knows how many hairs there was, no flavour in the lamachun! After finding the hair we was still made to pay, you would of thought the two soft drinks would of been complimentary but no. Stay away the best advice I could give.Dear Barbieessex,Thank you for your review in regards to your recent dining experience at Lara Grill. We would like to express our sincere disappointment to hear of your unsatisfactory experience with us. Please be assured that your comments do not reflect the our usual standards and we will investigate this further. However, one small to correct, you have not been charged for the meal. Furthermore we hope that you may decide to return at a later date. We would welcome the opportunity to address your concern in hope that we may take the right steps toward restoring your faith.Kindest Regards

The food is fantastically cooked. Rich with flavor and texture. They got many different flavors so you don't have to worry about not finding something that suits you. It has a calm atmosphere. Good place for small groups or alone. Most importantly, one of the few places that serves an amazing mashed potatoes. In my opinion, the place is almost perfect an occasional meal, but the prices are a bit above the usual. Otherwise, regarding service, taste, and hygiene they are all top notch.

Very cheap place to eat middle eastern food, very polite service and very nice food. Had a kofta kebab and it was delicious. Overall, highly recommended.

We booked a table for Wednesday at 7pm. On arrival only 1 other table was occupied and we only saw 2 further tables seated in the whole time we were there. The food was much better than on our last visit, especially the lamb shish, very tender.I love the Turkish tea here and they always give you a glass on the house which I think is a really nice touch. Unfortunately even though the restaurant was more or less empty the service was not great. Really unusual not to get good service. I didnât recognise any of the staff, not sure what has happened to the regulars who are always so attentive. I could sit all day admiring the beautiful glass light shades. Every time I visit I visualise which colour shade I would have in each room of my house. I am determined to buy a few soon. 1 star taken off for poor service. But Iâll be back again soon. Best local Turkish by far on food.
