I decided to try Riskyâs. That was not the best decision Iâve made lately. A true test of BBQ is chicken. If the pit master can produce moist, not dry, tough and tasteless, he will probably do well on everything else. Unfortunately, the chicken was over cooked and dry, tough and tasteless.Their prices are reasonable and the young lady at the counter was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I only wish they had brined the chicken before cooking and refrained from overcook the bird. The results would better.

I can't complain about the service, but I can about the quality of food. I don't expect much from the Dickey's chain as I understand it's fast food BBQ. This was absolutely the most vile Dickey's I have ever eaten. The food was bad. I ended up throwing it in the trash and walking out. This location has ruined Dickey's for me. There are too many restaurants in this area, don't waste your money here.
Only knew about Buddy's from Bud Kennedy's very favorable review. So, I had stopped by Northeast Mall and made the short jaunt to Buddy's. Tried the $7.99 Thursday rib special and found it to be quite tasty. Sweet, sweet, succulent ribs. Am picky regarding my cole slaw and found the slaw to be a little too plain. Very simple setting and simply wonderful ribs.

This place has great food, a big selection of sides, and friendly staff. Cafeteria style, good ribs, brisket, yummy hot rolls, and coleslaw. Not busy on a weeknight. I will definitely visit this place again. Great family environment!

Being from Central Texas, great barbeque is no easy comparison. We searched for a barbeque place that was not too far of a drive for us and we decided on Soulman's. Everyone was so pleasant. The meats were cooked to perfection. Careful... those hot links have some kick! We will be regular customers.

Rosako's has become more popular due the large servings and good bbq with some good sides. THE menu is limited but has adequate selections, some some occasions they run out of entrees and or sides and the wait in line can be a while. i have waited 20 min. only to find no collared greens or sausage available. They seem unable to handle a rush so go off hours if you can.The food is served in styrofoam take out clams which detracts from the food. very tight cooking area looks messy

The menu gets you excited but when the plates hit our table we were extremely disappointed. There was no brisket on my brisket platter it was ALL fat and my fiancee ordered their sausage platter which came with 2 over cooked links. I think next time we want BBQ we'll pass on this place and head straight to the stockyards for real BBQ! Hi Ashley,Thank you for the feedback. Please accept our sincere apologies, we clearly missed the mark during your last visit. We would like the opportunity to win back your loyalty. Please email us your postal mailing information to [email protected] We look forward to hearing from you soon. Red Hot &Blue Marketing Team

Excellent brisket, great sides, and yummy desserts. Prices are reasonable and thereâs plenty of seating including a large patio.Only negative is when you go âoff hoursâ, the food may not be quite as good as it usually is. (This has happened to us twice.)
