Sti Sesoula is really one of this places you have to go when visiting Corfu! Friends of us living on the island went with us there and we were really delighted!!! We have visited Corfu several times, but what you can eat here is exceptional! Starting from a big variety of delicious starters and salads(we had a green salad) and feta cheese with honey, to the best Souvlaki I have ever tasted... especially the pork and chicken souvlakis are so tasteful!!! They told us that they marinate them, keep them in vaccum so that they are tender and delicious!!! So if you ever visit Corfu, that's the first and best place to visit for fabulous food...

There are 3 things to note about this place. 1. Not open on Mondays 2. Only open for dinner 3. Best meat ever! This was the juiciest softest pork and chicken souvlaki from our Greek holiday. An added bonus is the Greek salad was not swimming in olive oil. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. A great place to stop for dinner!

Donât let the fast food reference deter you from visiting. Once inside there are some physical similarities to fast food in terms of the wall based menus and meal deals but the food is of far better quality. Itâs like an upmarket kebab shop merged with a Greek restaurant. The mixed grill, club sandwich, gyro and souvlaki were all tasty and great value. Portions were generous. Probably not the place for a romantic meal but a great place for a meat focused feast. You are shown to your table where you order the food, it is brought to you but you pay afterwards at the till in the corner. It was busy but the wait was not long.

Welcome to Takis Taverna Family & rooms to Let. The taverna is working since 1897 from generation to generation of our family and it is serving all homemade food with love. Here you can find a variety of starters, main courses, desserts, local wine and dr
Lovely setting, outside tables, nice environment. Service slow, no lamb on spit (only certain days)Mixed grill (too many herbs going on, could not taste meat), prawns nice, but again too much oregano, could not taste prawns. Table Red wine awful, had to order a £26 bottle for sometime decent. Table white wine really nice. This was our last meal in Corfu, I wish I had gone to Gerekos fish tavern again, instead of my first time going to Takis.

Unfortunately Dassia has become a town dominated by the monstrous Ikos complex, due to which, there are many closed down tavernas and shops in the town. So imagine how delighted we were to find that one of the remaining restaurants was outstanding. The decor is pretty standard, and Yannis and team offer the usual warm Greek hospitality, but where this place really scores is the food ! We did try the rest, but kept coming back because the chef here somehow packs FLAVOUR into her food where some of the others can be a little bland. We loved it, it became our go-to taverna for dinner.

We have grill menou and local wine at the quit green place.we open all year and the weekends with life music
Having visited Paleokastritsa and heading back to Corfu, we ended up accidentally finding this place. You would not think much of it, being one of those places on the side of a road in the middle of (relatively) nowhere. However, you'd be absolutely dead wrong not to stop there if you get a chance! We ordered a mix of various things, but what really stood out for me were the sardines and lamb chops. The sardines (starter dish) had a really nice flavour (strong) and texture. If you like fish, you will not be disappointed. As for the lamb chops, what to say other than the fact they were the best we had during our 1-week trip in Corfu island! Also, bonus, the owner (Fannis - apologies if I mispell that) is a really nice guy.If you are around there, and if like us you're feeling hungry, this place is worth the detour!

The location of this restaurant is beautiful, in a remote area, but worth the visit. You do need to reserve in advance since this place is very popular. The attention was good, the food very tasty, nice environment, and quite cheap, so I defiantly recommend this place.

This was our first meal in Greece and for 2 weeks have been unable to find anything this good! Reasonable prices, super friendly staff that gave a few tables a laugh, and the food was amazing! We had the kebab portion and chicken portion and both were super tasty. I recommended to everyone we met in Corfu!

Fabulous food! Been twice now and tonight had mixed grill for two (see picture) we also ordered tomato, cucumber and onion salad and husband had feta cheese and all delicious. Portions huge! Iâm gluten free and the young lady was great - even mentioned that the cheese may not be GF (prob bought already grated) Canât fault at all and would highly recommend. No problem with gluten free as long as you tell them. 5* from us and we will be back!
