World's best barbecue by a Six States KCBS grand champion.
My husband, 20 something sons and youngest sonâs girlfriend came here during a family vacation. My son wanted BBQ and saw this place had good reviews. First the waitress was very personable and friendly. We were the only people in there most of the time, so she was able to chat with us about our trip. My youngest son got the ribs, his girlfriend and oldest son had pulled pork sandwiches, hubby and middle son had BLTs, and I had chopped brisket sandwich. We all enjoyed our food. 2 of us opted for fried pickles instead of fries. They were wonderful. Finally, we finished with fresh from the oven peach cobbler. All I can say is WOW! My son said they need to rename it the Peach Cobbler Place. It was to die for! Too bad we live in Indianapolis or weâd get it all the time.

We should have kept on riding. Our motorcycle group stopped in at 11:30 for lunch and there were no customers. Everyone who got pork suffered dry and chewy meat that was all they had. Maybe it was cooked the day before or cooked too long but it was tough. We won't stop here again.

Family friendly traditional BBQ restaurant.
I have eaten a lot of good bbq and this did not disappoint. The pork was tender and juicy and not over smoked. Mac and Cheese on point. Brunswick stew a little too black pepper for me...but the waitress told us beforehand so my own fault. Give it a try. Its really good!
