Ok so, don't go here full. The mac and cheese potatoes and gravy satisfied enough. Bonus take home ribs, yeah! To go offered and delivery as well. I think you can walk out with a full rack for $10 if you ate inside, not sure on that one. Don't forget to buy some bbq for the pantry. Anyhow, I was back and will be back again. Great reheated ribs with signature sauce pictured.

We're a local restaurant and sports bar located on North University between NW 19th and 20th Streets, next to the Century Plaza and across the street from Wells Fargo Bank. Come hang out, watch sports, be yourself and enjoy the company of others without b
This location is really big. Outdoor patio area with a bar, separate dining room and another big bar inside with high tops and lots of beer selections. Our server was OK, but not anything special. We ordered ice tea and beer and the beer was great but the iced tea tasted like it wasn't fresh. Not very good. I saw another table send theirs back. My friend had a french dip roast beef sandwich that was pretty good. My other friend had a salad with chicken on it that she said was pretty good and I ordered the old standby, cheeseburger. I thought no one could mess up a plain cheeseburger. Wrong. Meet was black on the outside which took away from the flavor even though the inside was fairly juicy. The server never asked if i needed mayo or mustard. The fries looked good but mine weren't warm. My friend said hers were hot, so she asked the waitress for some hot ones for me. We got them with no problem. Server never asked if we needed refills until we asked for the bill. I won't be in a hurry to go back.Hi there, Wano16. After reading a Mike Mayo review in the Sun Sentinel, I wanted to stop by here while on a stay in the area. Located in a large shopping center I had a little trouble finding it (it is located on the north side of the center next to Aldi and behind the Sonic Drive In). Walking into Fat Boyz I was warmly greeted by the staff behind the counter. I ordered the two meat combo with burnt ends and pulled pork. My sides selected were the beans and mac & cheese. You order at the counter and then your order is brought to you at your table. Well, when I got my order I was a little thrown off, each item came in a styrofoam container and the presentation was a little off putting. That was quickly eliminated as soon as I took a bite of each item. I liked them all and the sauce on the burnt ends was done just right, a little sweet and packing great flavor. The beans had a slight taste of the brisket infused into the beans. I thought the pulled pork was really good, as good as some I had while visiting my son in North Carolina. Adding the Carolina sauce added just the right touch. Mac & cheese was ok not up to the level of the other items. All in all a worth while stop and someplace I will come back to when back visiting SoFL.
