This was our first visit though our kids have dined here before. Iâm not into going to a venue, cooking my food then paying after the deed is done. Simply put, it is not logical. Why can I not do the same at home? Then I saw the cost for some of the meats on the menu. Gen can buy raw goods in bulk and pass the savings to the customer, and that is what this place is about. Many of the items on the menu we have cooked at home. However, the cost prevents us from doing it on a weekly basis. Gen serves very expensive meats at a discount in a venue that is pleasant to be in. By now you should have gathered that I was resistant to eating here. But the family out voted me. Though it wasnât too difficult since were talking about Korean BBQ, Shrimp, real crab and several different cuts of steak. Did I say top sirloin steak, pork hangjungsal, beef / pork bulgogi, and Korean fried chicken? Did I say all you can eat? Did I say we ate this and more? In short we engorged ourselves? Isnât that why you dine at any all you can eat restaurant? Gen is clean, and the employees are very accommodating. Yes, next time Gen is mentioned, I will act up just to imply I donât want to go, but it all goodâ¦and one more thing see you there!

Had an excellent experience at Gui-Rock. This was not an all you can eat version but the price was in line with a meal at similar restaurants. The one turn off was that one server seemed a little put out that we weren't seasoned veterans when it came to Korean BBQ. The other server was very helpful. Overall a great experience.

I was finding myself with some extra folks for dinner around dinner time and no comfort food cooked in the house. So I quickly ran around the corner to Marshall's Barbecue on Rosemeade St. , and they fixed me right up. I brought pulled pork sandwiches, brisket, and a couple of sausage/brisket po boys. Sides: corn-on-the-cob, macaroni/cheese, green beans, mashed potatoes with a jug of sweet ice tea, all within 15 minutes. Oh yeah, and delicious rolls! My company was pleased and raved over the taste and flavor. Thanks Marshall's for the great food and fast service.

I tried some of the most popular BBQ places in Dallas and this was my favourite. We lined up for about an hour after getting there a few mins before opening. I loved the brisket and beef ribs. My partner loved the burger with all the meat. Come out feeling well fed.

Came here for business dinner with a party of four, we had all-you-can-eat BBQ, we tried all the items on the menu. Service was very good, the waitress was prompt to bring additional food for grilling. They kept a steady replacement of the wok so we always had a clean wok to grill. The food was very very good, we ate so much and enjoyed every piece. Well worth the cost of $25!
