We found the restaurant at the end of an olive tree field after driving up a narrow road with many curves. We were well received and assisted to find a parking place for the car. This is a typical family restaurant with the whole family involved. The interior is very rustic and has probably not been upgraded the last 40-50 years. The food was traditional from the area. Generous portions topped with lots of local oil. In general, lots of food for the money.

This is a spectacular restaurant to experience eating pizza in an authentic water wheel. Also, the small selection of grilled items are cooked to perfection. The setting is breathtaking during the summer and rustic and warm in the winter. You will find amazing hospitality from the owners who also speak English. Another fun and charming part of this restaurant is that you "take your own order" by writing it down and then turning it in at the bar. Reservations are strongly recommended as it fills up quickly.
