This is one of the best places in the Suisse-romande to have a beef tartare. There are several choices, depending on the capacity of your taste-buds to appreciate wasabi or not. The presentation, along with the service is very good. The interior decoration is also well-suited to the food on the menu. I love the real-size cow in one of the dining rooms. This restaurant is a short walk away from the main train station and is perfect for business lunches and social events/meals.Thank you so much for your detailed and positive review, which is very motivating for the whole team. Had lunch here recently and it is an amazing experience. Lots of exotic meats which I would not normally eat but as they are sliced so thinly and slightly frozen the flavours are hidden. The pre and apres sauces are outstanding and both the service and price are excellent.
