The waitress was extremely nice and patiently explained to us what kinds of beef were included in the set dinner as we could not read Japanese. The beef we had was very tasty and the salad and vegetables we had were good. We also ordered the hot pot rice that was tasty but the cold noodle was average.

I would like to thank the dokebi crew for their good food and polite services! Afterwards I was able to go to karaoke and hot spring which was nearby thanks to the help of the waiters advice.

Mrs. St V. wanted beef, having read that the beef from the region is famous. This restaurant was in walking distance and we headed for it, although all the Tripadvisor reviews were in Japanese. It is very Japanese and it was excellent! Luckily for us, one waiter spoke perfect English. It is completely in the Japanese style - which is what we wanted. The beef is provided raw and you cook it on a burner in front of you. And the beed is of superb quality. This is not a cheap eats place: we spent Y8000 for two, and we regret nothing.
