What really impresses me about this restaurant is that the food is consistently good the service is consistently good for years and they give employees off Monday and Tuesday.No it doesnât have a wide ranging menu but what it has is good and I like it because you donât have to get huge meals my wife and I are both small eaters so she gets the Asian tacos and I get the small order of chicken wings with a side of potato salad total bill $21 and change highly recommend

This restaurant was located on Farmington Road. The new location is larger but it still the same great food. Homemade french fries, wonderful cole slaw, and the meat is tender and succulent. The only drawback was they were out of ribeyes the night we went. Try it once and it will quickly become your favorite restaurant.

My family and I eat out quite often in the area. My husband loves BBQ ribs, so we were told to check out the place. We went to the location in Peoria on Harmon Highway (?)Total lack of personality! (The place and the people!) It was not very clean, but we thought maybe the food would "make up for it". What bothered us more than anything was the vibe radiating from the owner and worker. Kinda like they couldn't believe we had the nerve to come there! Let's put it this way, we all felt the same thing....the heavy stink of racism in the air. They were NOT friendly to us. And if there is anything I hate, it's businesses that don't respect their customers. If my business isn't appreciated, I don't go back. This establishment will never see a dime of my money again. I also make a point to tell people about our experience whenever I get a chance. PS, the ribs were mediocre, and did NOT make up for the filth!

We were looking for something different and found it at The Country Club BBQ. We read reviews in the TripAdvisor and found them to be worth the try. They were not wrong. I enjoyed the ribs and my wife had the pork and brisket taco bowl. The ribs came with sweet potato waffle fries and cold slaw. Both of us found it enjoyable and ordered the BBQ Pork rolls. I believe all would be worthy of just trying them. This is mostly a beer and ordinary liquor bar. Looks like it could easily be a bar seen on the weekends with the dance floors and large bar. We will go back and try several of the other items on the menu. The staff is very friendly and the bartender was very honest about making a martini. Even though the original building was there 50 years ago, (or more), all was clean and maintained. We will go back to try the wings.
