Found out about this restaurant through Tripadvisor and saw that the reviews are in English, so I had thought that they are American friendly restaurant, but it turned out to be a trap. When we got there, the food on their English Menu we're the expensive ones. And the cheap and good ones are in Japanese displayed on their wall. Since we don't know what to order, we asked "Osusume" and they told us to try the Kalbi. However, there two types of Kalbi. Japanese and American. We chose the Japanese Kalbi which was 1,000 yen. After 10 minutes of waiting, the Japanese Kalbi was served 4 pieces of small meat. Shocked and disappointed. 1,000 yen for just 4 pieces of meat?We later then found out that the usual kalbi that locals order is the American Kalbi! Which was served in whole small plate. Very funny.One server even made a mistake of putting the Sausage on our table which turned out to be the order of the one sitting beside us. Although we knew that we didn't order it, we still ate it lol.From there, we thought that maybe they also served us the wrong order of Kalbi, that we paid for a wrong order of 1,000 yen for just a 4 pieces of small meat!!Anyways, we will try to eat in this restaurant again provided that we will bring a Japanese friend.We ended up paying 4,100++ yen (for 2 people) as opposed to the word of mouth that eating here is cheap.
