So if your a meat eater, beef lover, this is your place....A 1kg rack of ribs.... yes please... its a chain restaurant so you know what to expect... prices are above average, and the decor is hideous cheap Red Indian.... but those ribs... worth it.Dear MarthinusvdM, Thank you for taking the time to review the Falcon Peak Spur restaurant. While visiting Maboneng, we stopped at the Argentine Grill for lunch. The menu offered a variety of dishes and catered for everyone in our party. The atmosphere was fantastic and the rustic décor added to the ambience of the place. The staff were friendly and efficient and the service was very good. We ordered various meals from the tapas menu and every single dish was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Upon our visit to this outlet of Rocomamas, i can honestly say im confused on the standard...We orderd a small startes to share, our mains and a desert.Starter jalapeño bombs 2/5 â- it was crispy outside bit cold insideMainsRibs & Wings 5/5 ââ- excellent Flavor X Wings 5/5 âââ excellentDeserts Cheescake 4/5 ââââ very niceCookies & cream waffle 1/5 ââ- barely any cookies on it the waffle it self was almost burnt, so much chocolate sauce was put on you could not taste anything else.. Honestly the worst waffle ive ever had at any Rocomamas...Service 3/5 âââ Waiter sat us down gave menus and left, came back took the order and only after taking the order asked if we wanted something to drink... After that we only saw the waiter when she brought the food, and lastly the bill... Very popular restaurant offering steaks, ribs, hamburgers and the like. I had a 200 gram sirloin steak (119 rand) which tasted delicious. The sides are relatively unhealthy except for the veggies. You can get a salad as an extra. Fountain coke zero cost 19 rand for the small size. The servers were friendly and prompt and the meal come in good time. Based on word of mouth, I just had to try Rocomamas. Visited during a quiet weekday to grab some lunch. Service was friendly and fairly prompt. The burger was tasty, although a bit overdone - I prefer a burger to be medium, but of course taste differs. I'd also prefer the burger mince to be a bit coarser and a bit more "loose", I found it a bit dry. The serving of chips was very generous and tasty - stick to "small", or otherwise share a "medium" between two people. Generally a good experience.Thanks for the review and the feedback! :)

We often enjoyed breakfast here - smallish set menu with no deviation. If it is plain and simple you want, this is what you will get here. Staff not really wanting to serve - we constantly have to complain as they mostly stand together and talk. Haven't eaten here for a few years but still the same good old food on offer. Had a fillet steak with their amazing onion rings. Burgers are still as good as they always have been. We shared prawns in cheesy sauce and crumbed mushrooms for starters and we were all so full after the meal that we had no room for dessert.
