Zhuhai (/ˈdʒuːˈhaɪ/, Chinese: 珠海; pinyin: Zhūhǎi; Yale: Jyūhói; literally: "Pearl Sea") is a prefecture-level city on the southern coast of Guangdong province in China. Located in the Pearl River Delta, Zhuhai borders Jiangmen to the northwest, Zhongshan to the north, and Macau to the south. Zhuhai was one of the original Special Economic Zones established in the 1980s. Zhuhai is also one of China's premier tourist destinations, being called the Chinese Riviera. While the city is located in the traditionally Cantonese-speaking region of Guangdong Province, a significant portion of population is now made up of Mandarin speaking economic migrants originally from inland provinces.

We returned to Naughty Nuri's recently for other very good lunch. This is a Bali based restaurant famous for their BBQ ribs at their place along Rua da Felicidade in the World Heritage Area. Opening hours are 12.30pm to 10pm daily (closed on Thursday). They have an Indonesian based menu but we come here for the signature ribs. A half rack (MOP218) is good enough for one hungry patron or for two to share. The ribs are tender, slide off the bone and are marinated with a delicious Bali style BBQ sauce. We really like these ribs along with a side of their very good turmeric rice (MOP25). Naughty Nuri's has a long beer list but best to ask what is in stock first. They offer some specials from time to time with beer orders. Seating area is casual, orders are served in a timely manner. Overall, this is a really good option if you want some tasty ribs during your visit to Macau.

I needed to catch-up on some good regional Indian cooking and not the bland nondescript "Indian" that is often cooked by people from elsewhere in South Asia. Here at Goa Nights I found a real Goan prawn curry cooked with that very West coast of India ingredient Kokum, and with a hint of Goa palm vinegar. The spicy lamb chops were fantastic.

I had the rotisserie whole chicken, absolutely the best chicken youâre gonna have around here. Comes with potatoes they cook with the chicken, couldnât be better. Staff are great and attentive, beer is great on tap. For all round performance, food and price deserves 5 stars.

About half a dozen Aussies eating 1kg steaks......amazing. The place even let us stream an AFL match from our laptop. Sometimes you just need some Irish crac and Guinness to fill the heart and belly.I have been frequenting this pub for many years during my visits to Zhuhai and in recent times it had been let slide by the original owner.Now owned by four Irish English teachers the, place has regained its warmth and Irish feel. It was a beautiful late afternoon for my last visit and therefore decided to sit outside and enjoy a few pints of the best Guinness in town and savour a few cigars.Katrina is one of the owners and she is your typical lovely Irish lass. She suggested the Chicken parma and I could not have been happier! Delicious, hearty and fresh...A great pub for tasty food, drinks, friendly atmosphere and crac!

Was in Zhuhai for the weekend last week on a two day break from business in Shenzhen. Met up with old friends Nick C and MC at the London Lounge on Paddys Night.Very lively, great live band and good company. London Lounge has a great selection of beers and ciders and offers a nice variety of western food on the Menu.Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a fun night out in Zhuhai with a british pub atmosphere. Our order was quite simple but it took ages for the guy to bring 2 beers. I think it was the orange juice that confused him and meant several phone calls and other staff helping. The view is amazing along side the open air pool. Staff training is not there yet and below the standards of the rest of the hotel.Dear John T,Thank you for your review and I apologize for the bad service provided.
