We stopped in to check it out and had a hard time finding a seat They had a crawfish boil that smelled awesome. We only had time for one of their excellent beers. Definitely plan on returning since it is just a short drive from the Tanger Outlet mall.
The Shady Llama is a family-friendly beer and wine garden with food trucks and sunset views located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
A 30 minute trip outside of Austin and well worth it. The first beer for teachers is only $1. Our party had chicken tenders from Dripping Wings food trailer and a cup of pho from Pholicia food trailer. Great views, fun petting the llamas and miniature donkeys. Good photo op if your group likes llamas. Only downside is the 9 pm closing time.

Ate here while in wimberley. Their beer selection on draft was quite nice with a sizeable selection available that appeared diverse. Also the pizza was quite good. We had the one with honey and peppers on it which was surprisingly tasty. Service was fine, nothing to write home about but overall perfectly fine.
