We were staying at the Liberty Lodge which is right next door so we walked to this place. When we walked in there were at least 10 tables that had trash and dirty dishes sitting on them. Most of the staff walked past the tables at least 3 times each and paid no attention to them. We waited for about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged at the front desk even though 4 staff members walked right past us. Then we were told to have a seat on the bench while they cleaned a table for us. Another 10 minutes went by and another family walked in. They hostess returned and began to seat them when we had been waiting. I spoke up and so she seated us then it took forever for us to get a drink order in. However the waiter we had went above and beyond. If it wasn't for him, I would have given this place the lowest rating I could. Zack (our waiter) was awesome. He not only was quick with out drink order but he made sure we had everything we needed for our child before anything else. He even gave us extra fries for our troubles since we told him about what happened when we first got there. While we were eating, we noticed Zack was cleaning tables, assisting other waiters and waitresses with their orders, seating guests since the hostess was nowhere to be found, and checked on us regularly to ensure we were good. If you do visit here make sure to request Zack as your waiter because he will take care of you.

We called over from our hotel which was literally less than a block away. We were told our sandwich and fries would take 15 minutes it. It arrived 45 minutes later. Even though I have to admit the sandwich was delicious, the french fries were very good, it took too long! If you can't deliver in the time that you specify, then maybe you should call your customer back and see if they still want the item that they ordered. Or at least have the courtesy to waive the delivery fee of $2 for their trouble. That's just our opinion, take it for what it's worth.Hi Kent,We are sincerely sorry that your food order took longer than anticipated. Our meals are made fresh to order and sometimes do take longer than expected if we are busy. We are a small restaurant and insist on our food being delivered hot and fresh for every single guest.We are pleased to hear you enjoyed our delcious sandwich and french fries. Middle of the lunch rush time period annnd we were the only table in the restaurant, that should have been a sign. We stayed anyways.Waitress seemed brand new and totally untrained. She was nice and polite however clueless on the menu and inadvertently lied (hopefully).Meals seemed to be frozen bag meals that were microwaved (shrimp/pasta) and one of my coworkers was still very cool.I was charged $3 extra for my meal for a salad bar that I did not order, was told it was a combo meal. I grabbed a menu on the way out to double-check, nope, my meal was supposed to be $8.99 not 11.99 as I was charged. No problem, that was the tip money I was going to leave anyway.Bottom line, skip it. This location will be out of business very shortly.

Friendly service from Chris and he was a gem! Didn't care much for the food though or the rolls. Family liked the steak but the catfish was awful! The sweet potato didn't taste very good at all and that's odd, right? It was a great place to bring a couple of soldiers though. I'd go again but order something different- perhaps a salad :)
