Arrived at Happy Hour for a meal before getting on Amtrak. Was pleased with my $5 Blood Mary, but thrilled to have six fresh oysters for $6 (even though there was no "y" in the month name.) I took my server's advice: the scallop tacos were very tasty and the Gooey Butter Cake with homemade brown sugar ice cream was delicious. My only minor quibble was no chocolate dessert.

Went there with my parents and sister. The menu is quite huge, with lots of choice. There are many items that are of good value, like the 2.59$ beer, the 10$ entrees, and so on. The food we got was very decent, I had the all american burger. Glass by the wine wasn't too expensive either. Overall we had a good time with decent food.

Spent early Sunday afternoon here watching the 1pm NFL games. only about 20 bar seats and we were shut out for that but they have a good number of high top first come first serve tables. great TV viewing no matter where you sit as TV wall is in semi-circle. Service was excellent. Mixed drinks very small $7each. beer special (bud light/coors light) was very reasonable $2.50/12 oz draft. Wings were really lame. they have like 4 flavors of which we tried 2 and neither was any good. basically just frozen wings cooked and then just dusted with some dry rub flavoring. definitely would not order these again but try something else. Great place to watch game grab some drinks. jury still out on eating here.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Hot Rod. Nothing to look at from the outside but cozy inside and a wonderful outdoor deck with water views. All three of us tatted our meals as very good. Reasonable prices, great service, good variety. My friend always finds it hard to get Prosecco but they had it. My rose wine frozen slush is was outstanding. The chicken wings were amazing with 20+ sauces from which to choose. Their wraps also were very good. The only down side is on street parking and finding a space can be a challengeonwhen you go.

Visited on a recent trip to the casinos as our hotel was right next door. Food was good, waitress in the bar area was outstanding and I was happy to introduce my sister who had never been to one, just what a great place it is!

Stopped in here to eat dinner with my family. One son does not like seafood, he had a burger, which he really enjoyed. The raw bar is fresh and delicious. The waitor was very friendly and helpful. I started with their onion and ale soup. Very good! I had the Rueben and my wife had the chicken sandwich. Food was served promptly and hot. Good quality. Many kinds of beer as you would expect. Waitress was especially pleasant and sincere. We would go back again.

There are lots of great restaurants at the Mohegan sun but one of my favorites is always to come to the Michael Jordan's Cafe. The appetizers are all great and the salmon and filet mignon entrees are excellent. Tonight we had our favorite waitress here Kim she always has a great attitude and brings the food nice and hot.Hi!Thank you for taking the time to write us such a great review. Sat at the bar for a quick bite to eat! Katie our bartender and server was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about tequila brands and the restaurant itself. Not to mention, she made excellent food and drink recommendations. My boyfriend and I felt so welcome! We were also able to use our comp $$$ from Mohegan Sun in Wilkes-Barre! If you like Mexican food, you wonât be disappointed.
