Several restaurants to choose from in Calle real, we settled on Patrimonio. Good location for people watching whilst enjoying your meal. The menu of the day is changed daily, with à la carte options too. Drinks order was taken as soon as we arrived and service was attentive. Good food and generous portions.

If you are in Spain and looking for Spanish music that isn't Flamenco but more rock with amazing lyrics look no further than legend Joaquin Sabina who was born in Ubeda. Calle Melancolia is it tribute to the Spanish music legend and is just a normal tapas bar. Get a beer, a simple tapa and enjoy the people watching and conversation. This place doesn't try to be more than it is, nor less. It isn't extravagant, but has a decent Ribera and jamon. So if you are looking for a place to eat, I wouldn't do it here. But if you just want to relax, have a tapa, and see Ubeda passing by (especially on a Sunday) this is a great place to do it.

Situated just off the Plaza de 1st de Mayo, outside tables have the advantage of full midday shade due to the adjacent building. So thereâs a trade-off between location and comfort from the heat with Gastrobar Moss offering the latter. The tapas and main courses were good and reasonably priced, and the staff were helpful. The internal décor is a little unusual with an eclectic mix of pop art of Elvis and The Beatles amongst others.

'Ubeda is well worth a Mass'. Misa de 12, 12 o'clock Mass, is an unusual restaurant, lacking some comforts. It is a tavern with just a few square meters where with a bit of luck you will get one stool and some room to place your viands. It is small and ma
Situated on the corner of Plaza 1 mayo, we stopped here for lunch and were not disappointed. Excellent food and great selection of wine with friendly service. Whilst we were there people were queuing for seats to become available rather than go to one of the other restaurants nearby. Very enjoyable.
