We like to try new places and this looked like a good place. The decor fits with the town, and there is seating outside and inside. The music outside seemed a little loud, so we sat inside. The seafood was just average, but the service was above average. We gave it a try, but there are just too many good seafood places in Florida for it to become a favorite.

Fun spot for some food and beers. Big space and a very large patio. Right downtown and right off the Pinellas trail. Didnt drink but would be perfect for afternoon day drinking. Burger and buffalo chicken flat bread were surprisingly amazing. Nice server just glacial speed.

First time here. I wasnât overly impressed with the wait staff we had to request too many things such as limes for our drinks then the limes she brought were old. We sat outside to which it was very comfortable with their fans on. The inside was very crowded and extremely hot so very glad we were out. The food was decent but a tad overpriced in my opinion but that seems to be the going challenge with bar b que restaurants

Went there for wood fire pizza. Got one large pizza and three drinks. Our daughter is a vegetarian so we got 1/2 cheese and 1/2 with toppings. We were charged for toppings for a whole pizza. $7.00 for toppings for 1/2 of the pizza. Mushroom $2.00, pepperoni, $2.00 and sausage 3.00. Anywhere else I have ordered pizza, when it was for 1/2 the pizza, I was charged 1/2 the price. They didn't put the whole amount that would have been on a whole pizza on the 1/2. I also had to ask for a refill. It was not offered. It was not overcrowded. It was between lunch and supper. $37.00 for a pizza and 3 drinks. Great pizza but too steep. Shouldn't have been charged for the toppings listed for a large pizza.

As a local I find myself coming back over and over hoping the service and food gets better. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Tonight I came with my 3 small children and even though the restaurant didn't seem crowded I saw no less than 10 staff members walking Around.when they sat us they gave us menus and after 25 minutes of watching people walk by and nobody asking to take our order Or even asking us for a drink order or anything we got up and left. Also the entire place had a malt vinegar smell not sure if they were cooking hush puppies in vinegar or some chemical smell losing from the kitchen anyway off to another restaurant..

Coming back from beach we stopped for very late lunch, early dinner. Dinners include unlimited salad with tasty garlic ranch dressing. I enjoyed sirloin steak & shrimp, which was cooked as requested. Shrimp very flavorful! Another individual enjoyed salmon & burger which she stated was Fabulous

We went to Captain Jackâs for seafood- plain and simple. We actually expected an overpriced tourist trap. The reality was, Capitan Jackâs was very good and the prices were reasonable. My husband and I had the grouper tacos which were fantastic!!! I would recommend Captain Jackâs if you are in the Tarpon Springs area and are looking for good seafood with a nice view of the water.

Located on beautiful lake tarpon this picturesque Key West themed waterfront restaurant has an indoor/outdoor bar, a large outdoor patio and 16 slips to accommodate boaters. So whether you come by land or come by lake grab a table or seat at the bar, enjo
Sadly we were very mistreated at the turtle . The bartender was extremely unhappy and made no attempts to cover that up . The manager could not be bothered to jump behind the bar and help the woman out and get her out of the weeds . The food was not very good . It took over an hour to get our food. Very sad , cool little place being run poorly .

Read all the great reviews and had a very good experience at the Tuscan Sun Bistro next door so decided to give the Tavern a try. Disappointing to say the least. First, the calimare app was inedible--the squid was like hard rubber and chewed like jerky. Sent it back and one of the staff indicated that they tossed the bag it came from and removed the charge from our bill. OK this happens and hopefully it was not indicative of their everyday fare. Our burgers arrive and my wife's had a lot of raw onion on it which she specifically asked to leave out when she ordered it! The server took it back to the kitchen where the onion was scraped off and immediately brought it back to the table. You could still taste and smell the onion so to say it was less than appetizing to someone allergic to onions is putting it mildly! My sliders were OK but did have a peculiar sweet taste which I didn't care for. We gave it a whirl, were very disappointed and will probably not return.

My husband Jack and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law, welcome you to Rusty Bellies Waterfront Grill. Opened in June of 2005, Rusty Bellies is an achievement of three generations worth of goals spanning some thirty years. We are a family owned and
We had to sit outside, on the waterfront, because it simply was too cold inside due to the airconditioning. Don't think of anything idyllic when you hear 'waterfront' as we were basically overlooking a boat yard by the water. But the town of Tarpon Springs is - after all - part tourist trap, part working sponge harbor, so in a way it was fitting. Service was good. I had a Greek salad (gotta honor the town's Greek heritage, right?), which tasted more than decent. Nice family restaurant.Thank you for joining us at Rusty Bellies. You are correct our waterfront is a working waterfront, filled by the boats and fishermen who supply our restaurant with its fresh Gulf seafood. I hope we get the opportunity to see you again the next time you visit Tarpon Springs.
