Traveling today and wanted seafood for lunch. The young guy who was the host needs lessons on how to greet the customersâhe hardly spoke, and showed lack of enthusiasm. Our server, however, was very friendly and attentive. Didnât care for their calamari, and it had a odd smell. The shrimp tacos were good. Also, the restaurant is tricky to locate.

Restaurant convenient to downtown, easy to walk to if staying downtown. Nice environment, indoor and outdoor seating. Food was good, service was a little slow. They was a festival in area earlier in down and restaurant was messy. They had not cleaned restrooms all day!

Great little family run pub. Probably 30+ beers and ciders on tap. Husband and wife owners are really sweet and the food is excellent. Great addition to the North side of town.

My wife and I have come to BJâs Restaurant and Brewhouse in Tallahassee a number of times now. They have a great variety of delicious dishes and refreshing house brews. I particularly have enjoyed the cauliflower tacos and the cherry-glazed salmon with asparagus. I must add that the asparagus was cooked perfectly and was not chewy. The beers are wonderful! I always get the house beers. My favorite is the Hefweizen lager. They also have craft sodas which are outstanding! The atmosphere too is relaxed which makes it one of our favorite places to go for dinner on the south side of Tally.

Found this casual restaurant when staying overnight in Talllahassee. It has a nice covered seating area outside and the inside dining area looks very comfortable. We ordered wine and appetizers to share for dinner. Fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese, quacamole, coconut shrimp and gumbo. All delicious! The service was great too!

Theyâre are fresh, plump oysters prepared different ways. The grilled grouper is very fine. For vegetarians, what seems to be a Boca Burger is grilled to make it much taster. There is trivia at least one night and music and comedy. There are picnic tables in a covered area in front for outdoor inning.

We used to dine there a lot. The last few visits have been disappointing. Their menu has been reduced, the food has really declined, and it has a worn look now. The green beans were still frozen, the server told us they were pre-cooked and he couldnât do anything, but when the manager stopped by he brought us new ones. The squash casserole was no longer available. Server wasnât all that good obviously. One of us never got the salad he ordered, but he got charged for it. When it was brought to the serverâs attention it didnât seem to register. Think weâll hold off for a while. Combined with having to fight and circle round and round a parking place, there are too many new places in TLH to discover.Thank you so much for your feedback, Jan. We are so sorry that your experience did not meet our high standards. Would you be so kind to send your contact information to Paige at [email protected] so a member of our operations team can reach out to invite you in for the experience you deserve? We really value your feedback and hope to hear from you soon.

The Redfish Alexandria was delicious in a New Orleans cream sauce. The waiter suggested ordering it over dirty rice and that made it really good.

Don't come here unless you are hungry! And decisive! My goodness, the number of burgers and sandwiches are overwhelming. I narrowed it down to about 7 and then the server had to help me. I had the Philly Cheesesteak Burger, which was enormous and delicious. My wife and daughter are gluten free, and the good thing was that they offered gf bread for all their items, so they were happy as well. My son had a monstrous-looking mac&cheese burger that he could barely finish. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed it and will be back!

Lovely waitress recommended the house special burger with bacon, cheese and peanut butter and jelly. Sooo good. But the onion rings with garlic aioli were even better. And they have Milkshakes .... but that will have to wait for our next trip! Check out their midweek college days for discount on meal.
