I have only gotten delivery from this place, but the burger was pretty good. Will give it another try in the future.

Food was good, but service was not so great. Didn't get part of what was ordered, they didn't have two different beers that were on the beer list, and the food came out in strange sequence (appetizer at same time as one entree, then other entree a good bit later). For a chain like BWW that is usually very dependable, this unit was off of its game when I visited.

They started by putting two families with a total of 6 people at a 4 person table. There were others open they could have joined. We ordered a few margaritas that were a joke. Three sips and they were gone. They were all ice. The presidente margarita that I ordered was only half full. We asked for a margarita with no ice, so we could dump it into one of the glasses full of ice, and it was less than three ounces. Will not return. We apologize for the underwhelming margaritas, Vinny, and would like a chance to show you what a real Chiliâs margarita looks like. Can you please share details about your visit and the service directly with management by calling 1-800-983-4637? We look forward to seeing you back for drinks soon.

This was directly adjacent to the hotel I was staying in so (because of timing) I tried it twice. The first time, I ordered the Bleu Moose Salad (a black & bleu salad by any other name). It was okay, but I could have done without all the wilted and brown lettuce (there was enough of it that I even had my server bring me a plate to set it aside on). It came with a couple of large, greasy fried onion rings on top. I ordered some chips and salsa on the side; the chips were cold (though apparently not intentionally) but the salsa was good. I also ordered a Cosmopolitan "more pink than red." It came more red than pink, so I reordered it with the more obvious "more vodka than mixer." It was better. My next night there, I ordered the blackened fish tacos. They came as a trio, with a MOUNTAIN of tortilla chips, and a wee tiny taster cup of pico de gallo. It was all good, just disproportionate. I also ordered a dirty martini. NOTE TO SELF: Don't order a martini in a chain place in a small college town. SILVER LINING: Alcoholic beverages at this place are cheap. I mean. Super. Cheap. Hard to complain about it if they don't get it right.SERVICE: Excellent. Both my young servers were eager to please and answer all my questions, and accommodate all my requests, even if that meant running back and forth between me and the kitchen or me and the bar. BOTTOM LINE: I'd eat here again, and recommend it to others so long as they aren't looking for something unique to the area.

A number of Georgia Southern former baseball players were in town for a reunion weekend and wanted a place to have dinner after a game so we landed in Wild Wing Cafe. It was a smart move as we had wonderful service without being rushed. The food choices extended well beyond their wings with 32 different homemade sauces. I chose Drew's devilishly delicious fried chicken sandwich which was juicy inside with a crunchy crust on the outside. It turned out to be a wonderful reunion! BTW, I'd go back in a heartbeat!

We were excited to try this place after the football game and arrived Saturday night around 9:30. We were seated outside where several tables were empty, however a few were occupied and either eating or finishing up and watching games on the multiple screens. We waited and waited (and waited) for a server and finally had to flag down the hostess after 10+ minutes of no acknowledgement. A few minutes later a waitress came by and told us she would be with us in a few minutes. She walked two tables over and proceeded to sit down and start chatting with what appeared to be her friends. We looked at each other dumbfounded and decided to take our business elsewhere. Iâm willing to give a restaurant a pass on a busy night, but at this hour things were slow and there was no excuse for the lack of service we received. Good luck staying in business treating your customers like an afterthought. Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry to hear you received such poor service at our restaurant. Like any the business, we pride ourselves in customer service and overall experience. The experience you had is almost as bad as it gets in our book. There is not excuse for what happened, even at the end of a busy day. In result of this review we have a staff meeting scheduled for tomorrow evening to reiterate some basic restaurant etiquette and go over policies to try and ensure this never happens again. Im not sure if we are supposed to do this, but if you'd like to reach out to one of our owners personally, he would like to rectify the situation with a meal on us. We would love for you to give us another shot and let us know what you think. 678-943-5368

A locally owned Steakhouse with a wide variety of menu options to suite everyone's tastes. Lounge is open late.
We've eaten here several times over the last ten years or so and it was usually pretty good. But it seems to have taken a turn for the worse lately. Several menu items have been removed (ravioli, the truffle mashed potatoes, crab cake entree) that were our favorites. Service was slow. Food quality was mediocre at best. The fried shrimp dinner my husband always gets now only comes with fries instead of fries and slaw and then they forgot to bring the fries! Shrimp were tough. Some of the food was cold. My shrimp and grits was really tasty at first and I was impressed but as I kept eating it I began to be overwhelmed by the saltiness of the seasoning. By the end of the meal, I felt sick at my stomach and actually had to run to the bathroom. I don't think it's that the food was unsafe or anything, but it was so overly salted it made me sick, like when you swallow a bunch of seawater. My granddaughter's kid's hamburger was so small, like a slider, and came with nothing on it but meat. The restaurant also needs renovating badly. Booth seats are ripped, everything seemed dirty. Don't think we'll be back for a while unless things change.

This is a relatively new branch location of Gnat's Landing, St. Simon's Island, GA.
The shrimp and grits entree at the normal price here is a bargain - only $10.75. But on Tuesdays, it drops to only $7! And it's good shrimp and grits, too. Bacon, sausage, and a generous portion of shrimp on top. The grits are creamy, not grainy. And there's just the right amount of seasoning to give it plenty of flavor without scorching your throat. The good food and low prices attract college students from adjacent Georgia Southern. It was packed the Saturday night we were there because of Parents Weekend. Despite that, our food was to the table in 15 minutes. Someone is running an efficient operation here!It is loud on a weekend night or if there is a game on. Don't plan to come here for a romantic quiet dinner or business meeting unless you do it on a weekday or week night.
